Forehead reduction

I forgot to attach these pics in the last review posted. I stayed the 6 days after surgery to have my sutures removed by Dr. Gal himself and I am glad he did. By the way, he’s very charismatic and charming haha you will love him! He has a gift from God and I send him good vibes

Hey guys, thanks for being patient with me. Got caught up with life but I haven’t forgotten about y’all. Currently I’m 9 days post op and I am actually typing this from my gym changing room lol I’m back at it at the gym but definitely going to start off light for myself. That says a lot ! Phew ! The most challenging are the first 3 days after surgery imo. Since before and immediately after surgery I’ve been ordering through Uber eats from Kreations (which is actually a block away from dr. gal’s office) but I’ve been ordering their organic cold pressed juices to help me recover and flush all of those drugs out of my system (anaesthesia, narcotics(pain killers) , Anti-biotics) that you will be given that will tax the hell out of your body. I certainly advise you show yourself from extra love and care . The pain killers I took immediately after surgery, really constipated me. I mean , I consider myself a health individual / TMI I know , but I have a vowel movement daily sometimes twice lol and for 2 days everything was going in and nothing was coming out. I was feeling really lethargic. Dr. gal then informed me that the pain killers that were given to me had a side effect of constipation. I bought some natures way aloe-vera leaf in vegetable capsules and that did the job within hours. I felt so relieved. I immediately stopped taking the pain killers because to be honest with you ; it was bearable. I was just being a baby about it lol okay! Please ask away if you have any questions , I am at your service . I’ll post my before pics - dr. gal was able to bring it down to around 3.5cm lower. His expert advise as it suited my face and features etc. I agree with him. I am so happy with it. Posting pics for you guys now. Off to my workout I go, we will catch up later okay. Ciao! ????

I am about to do a forehead lowering surgery in about 4 days with the famous Dr. Gal Aharonov! I fly in to LA tomorrow morning from Canada. I am a little nervous but more so excited. So far, so good. I did find it a little costly. Since, I don’t have a friend flying down to LA with me ; It was recommended to me not to leave alone after surgery. So I booked with an aftercare surgery facility in LA. They are scheduled to pick me up after the surgery , they have nurses on site; they provide food, shelter the whole sha-bang. The next morning they will then drive me back to dr. Gal aharonov’s office for my first post-op appointment. Anyhow, so far that’s the game plan. I’ll drop pictures of before and after real soon.
