Still no change. Lots of swelling in the evening or after lots of activity. I had a lymphatic massage. It's the best. Reduced swelling. It's all just a waiting game. I feel great. Went back to work. Still wearing my garment or compression stockings. See the surgeon for 6 weeks on Friday. Let's see what happens after Friday

I feel great. As time passes, I notice that I'm starting to take shape. Don't get me wrong, im swollen in the lower section. I'm still sore under the arms and flanks where lipo took place. I'm incision is healing and starting to fall off. It's looking good. I'm happy with the results thus far. I'm so glad Jimmy is gone. I did take pics. They look the same. Maybe I should take them first thing in the morning when my abs are not so swollen. My abs don't hurt. Feels like I worked out. Not bad at all. I'm not afraid to sneeze anymore. I wear my garment with a binder over the top for extra support. All day. I'm only sitting at home so why not. I can almost stand tall. Almost! Lol. The skin is starting to relax, which allows me to move around a bit more freely. My scar is pretty thin. When I show my pics, I'm asked if I'm wearing a bikini. So funny. I'm just really dark in my pubic area. I will eventually ask my dermatologist if I can begin the process to lighten it. Other than that, it's all good. I continue with my smoothies and vitamins!

I feel real good. Every day is better. My stomach is still swollen. I understand that it will take time for my stomach to reattach itself to my abdomanal wall. Usually 6 months or more. So I expect the swelling to last about that long. I feel secure with this padding on underneath this body garment. The Dr. Said I can take it off for a couple of hours but I feel like I'm going to crumble when I remove it. Im sure she will tell me I don't need it anymore after Friday. It is helping my incision heal and flatten. Today I will look for spanks to wear that is a full abdomanal with shorts or thong. I will buy a extra small size just to make sure it's tight and secure.

Dr Clark is so personable and is a great listener. She explained in detail how the surgery would go. She gave her complete honest opinion on what procedures would work for me. She did not try to push procedures on me or suggest ones I did not need. In overall, I'm happy and excited about my new Journey
