Been Waiting FOREVER for This!! Folsom, CA

I have had saggy small breasts since I hit puberty...
WORTH IT$10,788
I have had saggy small breasts since I hit puberty. I gained a bunch of weight and lost it, and then I have had fatty sacks every since then. I did a full tummy tuck in 2013, and I would have done it all at the same time, but I did not want to go into debt. So, I waited two more years, (let them drop a little more), I am going back to my same plastic surgeon, Christa Clark, because I trust her and she did a great job. I have researched the surgery over and over, but the funny thing is that i have no idea what size to get or what they will actually look like on me.
I have my consultation on 1/27/2016, and I want to try and schedule the surgery for mid March. I quit smoking and started on patches on 1/3 and then realized I would have to be nicotine free for 30 days. I am stepping down REALLY fast.
Anyways, anyone with any healing advice or letting me know what I am in for, please let me know.

Day of treatment
On The other Side! (The large one)
Well, I did it! Surgery was this morning 7AM. I was in at 6AM, Out by 10:15AM.
I was so impressed by my anesthesiologist. He called the Sunday before, and we went over everything with me. That did not happen last time, and I was already aware of what would happen, but I felt it was very professional, and enjoyed spending more time with him via phone. It always feels like right when you go to sleep, you wake up. They were very accommodating with making sure I had warm blankets & my glasses. I always request to have my glasses put on due to my really bad vision. The ride home was a little painful, but no nausea. The pain got worse through the day. It was hard to sleep. I have a little heating pad for my back, since that is hurting too.
i will update photos tomorrow.

Post Op #1
Well, sleeping was horrible, I was in so much pain (again I also had lip under my arms) and I am a tummy sleeper.
I got to go in for my follow up, and see them unwrapped for the first time.
Wow, I have boobs. She ended up putting 375ccs in.
Right now they are high and tight, but i know they will stop swelling , and drop. At this moment, man they look huge (for me)!
Pictures are not working yet, will try again later.

Looking forward to seeing your photos! Are you in pain during the day or just at night!? I hope you find a way to sleep that's comfortable!
As far as healing advice, I'd say that this will be a piece of cake compared to your tummy tuck. My tummy tuck area has been a much bigger recovery than I imagined, and my boobs really were the easy part. My chest muscles were sore for 5-7 days, but nothing I needed pain meds for after about 3-4 days. Eat healthy, take your vitamins, and massage your boobs as soon as she gives you the go ahead to do so. Best of luck to you!
