I had 695cc Sientra Silicone Textured over the muscle (subglandular), whatever he did he did with skill and expertise. Out of surgery they already looked perfect. I have the most amazing cleavage, they look so natural and softened quickly. My incisions are impeccable, i can't find one bad thing to say. Follow his instructions to a T, and you should be as happy as I am too.

I had plenty of natural breast tissue to cover the implants, and wanted more upper pole fullness (on top) and didnt want/need a lift. I was just deflated. It was a better option for me, recommended by my PS.
