Ive lost 70 pounds since I've had my babies and with that comes a lot of excess skin. I'm in need of a hernia repair, diastasis recti repair, tummy tuck and lipo of the flanks. I'm also wanting to do an implant exchange. I had my boobs done 5 years ago and with pumping/breast feeding and weight loss, I have loss all of my volume.

I have a lot of loose skin, horrible stretch marks, and the worst abdominal separation my dr has seen. It's not pretty...fair warning!

I think you are a warrior to have carried three babes to 34 weeks. Your body is amazing to have done that. Speaking as someone with pretty severe diastasis from two large babies - you really earn your surgery hauling a massive tummy around. Go you!

Hi triplet mama!
I just had to comment because in all of my plastic surgery before/after research you are the first person I have found in the near exact situation as me. My triplets are 4 years old now, I was crazy enough to go and have another ;) which is now 19 months, I gained 80 lbs with the trips, and made it 34 weeks and 3 days... I have my second consult today and am really looking forward to feeling good in my own skin (minus a bunch of it) again!

Congratulations on losing 70 pounds, that is amazing. I am a twin mom, so I am doubly (triply?) impressed! What is the biggest concern you have about the MM procedure?
