Has anyone used SERI surgical scaffolding?
WORTH IT$14,500
My PS recommended using this synthetic silk mesh to add some reinforcement to my breast tissue (like a surgical bra) but it is a fairly new product out there. Has anyone used this? It has pretty good reviews but I'm still kind of nervous because it is so new. There are other alternatives to use which are more expensive and have been available much longer (pig skin) but so far my PS said she would choose the SERI silk over the others.

Surgery is booked!!!
I'm so excited surgery is finally booked for October 22! I know I will get more nervous as time gets closer but right now I'm counting down the days! Can't wait to wake up in a new body.

Yes I read your whole story and I envy your body!!! So amazing! how long do you think it'll be until I can pick up my kids again? That's what worries me the most. They're each about 30 pounds right now. Also, did you end up getting any revisions? I had an allergic reaction to the Steri tape after my c section and I'm kind of hesitant to use it again. Did it leave any permanent marks since you had a reaction too?

I believe after a month you should be able to pick up the kids. My kids where very understanding but I did have a 3 month old which I could pick up because he didn't weigh a lot. Make sure you communicate with your kids and let them know mommy has a boo boo. I had no revisions :-) thank goodness!! My reaction was with the silicon strips which, I believe made me more red around the tummy tuck scar. I also believe the scar hasn't faded away completely because of it. If you are sensitive like me, try to let it heal on its own. Use vitamin e oil which should help big time. Use sunscreen even when wearing a bikini because the uv rays and go through clothes so your scar won't darken. At least for the first year! Also try to be at your ideal weight before surgery. It will help with maximizing your results. If you have love handles ask her to liposuction on the back side too. I know she does lips on the flanks which I got too but I still have fat on my lower back end which I hate!! Lol. Maybe I should get a little more liposuction but hoping the gym will take care of that for me lol. I believe honestly you results are going to be phenomenal!!

Awesome thank you for the tips! I weigh 125 right now and I'm 5'4. I seem to be at a stand still with my weight. Hopefully I can lose at least 5 more before surgery. And I will mention the lipo on my back too because I have major love handles. I want her to get it all!!! I'm waiting on a big check to come through from my hubby's work and then I can schedule. Any day now!!
