Provider Review
The dermatologist is polite, friendly, and I'm quite comfortable around him. He seems sensitive to my needs and answers any questions I ask. I don't particularly care for his office staff. Those who answer the phones are ok, but there are a TON of them at the small front desk and mingling around when you are escorted to the exam rooms. They often just LOOK at you as you're walking to the exam rooms. They brush in and out of the exam room while you're sitting on the table without knocking or acknowledging you. When I had the cream applied, the woman told an intern, I suppose, "You just get a lot and smear it on there." And while I'm thankful she did use a LOT on my cheeks, she put none on my chin, and said, "Oh, I'm sorry, I didn't tell you it would be cold," AFTER she'd already slapped in on my left cheek.
