260 cc over the muscle
I was recommended to have 260 cc over the muscle with a dounut lift.... I get my date for my surgery tomorrow... Im just hoping that I will be happy with the 260 and not regret going bigger... although the surgeon did say that they will be better as I am getting the lift at the same time....

ano see cuz im getting a donut lift the most he wanted to put in was 280 so ill see can he squeeze in anymore without stretching the scaring... im already a deflated d and i would like to reach a dd hopefuly that should do it
Oh yea that should be good. I got a doughnut lift too with 600"s .probably explains why my nipples are stretched out:(

I go back 6-30 for a follow up. My nips are huge I'm not happy
O no see thats what im scared of thats why im not getting over 280 cc... Did ur surgeon say it would be fine with 600cc? Thats a big implant to have with a lift... what size were you before if you dont mind me asking? They can correct the nipple for you once your healed ive seen the before and after pics so ull def be able to get it sorted
I was a deflated c cup I got 400 cc &upgraded to 600 there not very big kinda like your wish pic. I just called and the assistant said they do areola reductions...yay I'm going to get them fixed
yayyy!! good for you so you should that will sort them :) did you find the 400 cc too small? im thinking ill find 280 too small now... judging by my pics would you say yours were a similar size to mine before? and also did your areola only stretch with the 600 cc or did it stretch with the 400 cc as well?
Mine were more deflated...280 may be small for your wish pics.maybe 350 400's....400 isn't too big I think my areola stretched before I got the implants but then got larger after
yea im gunna push for bigger defo...mim having a small lift and aereola reduction as well so hopefuly this will give room for slight stretching..

I have lost weight and so i have lost volume and...
I have lost weight and so i have lost volume and shape in my breasts.... i want volume in my upper breast i love the high profile implants... I am wearing 36 c at the minuet would go to a dd cup... I was wondering if I need an uplift as well or would a good size implant be enough?? My weight has fluctuated over the years so i can pull my skin out about an inch and a half round my breasts... I am really hoping that a implant will be suffice as in the future if I do have kids that is when I would be considering a breast lift.. Any advice would any appreciated thanks...

how many CC's are you considering? I wouldn't think you'll need a lift. Love your wish pic. That will look great on you.
Im not sure how many cc have consultation on fri im just panicking in case he says you need a lift as to be honest i have saved just enuf money for implants alone so fingers crossed... thank you x
You can always get a second opinion if he says you need one. Docs will disagree with each other often!! I am still paying for my first BA and now scheduled my second, so I understand about the money thing. This is not cheap. And complications are pricey. Good luck Friday!! Go to other consults if what he says doesn't feel right to you.
Where are you in FL? I don't know enough about it to say whether or not you will need a lift as well, but if you are looking for a surgeon to get an opinions, go to my review and follow the link to Dr. Oppenheimer. He is very knowledgeable and personable, you won't be disappointed. He is in Melbourne FL, but even if you have a bit of a drive it is worth it. I drove about an hour and a half, but I am so glad I did. I love my results and have been recommending him to everyone I know! Good luck, I know you'll look great and congrats on the weight loss, that is never easy!

Try Dr. Wigoda. He recently had a patient that was similar to you before post op and hers came out fabulous. He also did mine and I LOVE them. Check him out.

From what she put on realself she did not get a lift and they are looking good.
I don't think you will need a lift. I had a similar situation...I lost a lot of weight and loss volume in my boobs. One doctor said I might need a lift but I got by with implants alone. I did not want to have the extra scarring of the lift.

I was 36 A/B before. I am now 34D. I weighed 197 at my heaviest. I now weigh 121.
thats what im going to to i have 2 consultations one on friday and one saterday so it will be interesting to see if they say the same thing... I know im having to sacrifice alot to get them done but hopefuly it will be worth it :)
