SKINPEN- MICRO-NEEDLING Destroyed my Skin's Elasticity, Collagen, and Fat

4 months after my FFT !

Hello ladies!
Below some new pics of my FFT after 4 months! I am still happy about it!
I also have made a research on foods and skin products that help with skin barrier, elasticity, and texture and have added it to my diet. I can see some improving in texture and elasticity; however, I have not collected enough data to confirm the improvings. I will post my findings and the food list soon.
I am still dealing with the saggy skin and deep wrinkles in my chin area and eyelids ( areas in which Skinpen was also administrated) and hope to find the right treatment to address these areas. I did try a "trial" with Legacy Venus in my chin/neck, but I did not feel that it would help and did not continue the treatments. I will keep looking.

I am glad that you found a satisfactory solution, you look so much happier! How long does a fit last? Please keep us updated on your continued recovery

Thank you Dear! Hope you find the right treatment for you too :)
Doctors say that the procedure last around 10 years. I think that it depends on multiple factors. We will see ..

Wow, that’s great news!! You look happy and healthy, your doctor did an amazing job! Expensive??
March 8, 2018
No compared to other surgeons in my area. It costed me $2,500.
Yes, he did a great job! However, the most important is that he understood the damage caused by the needles and knew how to address the areas affected.

Would love to see your food list and skin care ♥️ Also anything you have found to improve large pores.
March 9, 2018
Hi Kris !
I will post my food list soon. I just want to wait a few more days to make sure that the improving I see are real and not just product of my imagination ! Lol
March 9, 2018
I agree completely. I’m going to my doctor next week and seeing what they suggest. I’ve only ever talked to the tech who did it. Wish me luck, I feel they should do all they can to fix this but I’m sure it’ll be a fight
March 9, 2018
I wish you the best luck ! Please, before making any decision, get a second opinion from another Dr. I met with 3 surgeons before picking one and deciding what was best for my face. Also take in consideration that If you have not suffered facial fat loss then Fat Transfer may not be the right procedure. Just a thought ... praying for you dear :)

FULL FAT TRANSFER / 3 months update !

Anon04924
Ladies,
For those who have been asking me for an update, here some pics taken today. Next week will be 3 months from my FFT. Still happy with the results; however, I have the holes and deep lines created by the pen device yet. Also my chin ( it is NOT showed in the pics ) is getting saggiest every day ; same with my eyelids. Now I am researching for some treatments to improve those areas. Taking One day at a time!

It’s like reading my own story!
February 2, 2018
I know Kaja! It is unbelievable how similar are the damages in our skin! It is a strong evidence that the damage in our faces has really been caused by this " evil pen device".
February 3, 2018
Surely there must be a solution!
February 3, 2018
Agree, we just need to find it !
I just learned about a treatment for large pores and bad skin texture provided at my surgeon's office . I will make an appt next week to learn more about it . It sounds interesting and if it is NOT administrated with any kind of machine then I may try it . I will provide an update on it . Promise!
February 4, 2018
That would be wonderful. Thanks Carol. I’m not sure of you are also suffering with severe dehydration on your skin but I have started using intense hydrating mask from dermatologica. It’s heavenly!
February 4, 2018
What are your thoughts on gentle peels?
February 4, 2018
You look really pretty, the contour is excellent . Maybe wait and settle with this before trying anything new. Texture changes for all of us is very difficult to stomach and no idea how to put it back , it's like it has a new design etched in , I just want it to go away! If you find anything for the texture , let us know ! But you do look very nice .
February 5, 2018
Thank you NYC!
Yes. I will be VERY cautious if I decide to do something else . Of course . I will share the results with all the ladies here :)
February 5, 2018
I prefer to wait a few more months to get a peel.
February 9, 2018
Honestly you look great, your skin is glowing! Hoping that we can all find a solution for the holes/microtears too.
February 9, 2018
Thank you ! Yes, I hope that too ! Let's keep positive !
February 9, 2018
Did the transfer help your pore size? From the photos it looks like it has.
February 9, 2018
You mean the " holes " ? ; no unfortunately the holes and tracks lines created by the pen device are still there..

Ladies,
Even when the FFT procedure did not "fix" the big holes and lines on my face, I am still satisfied with my results. Below some pics.

Hi there, you look so pretty and happy, that makes me so glad! I cannot believe the change in your entire skin of face and neck! Your transferred fat lays so smoothly and evenly over your face, how did he do that? I know the monster didn't skinpen your neck, but it was still affected as the loose skin from your face was dragging down into your neck. Now, your neck is smooth and young again as the new fat in your face is taking up the slack. Is this permanent? Or does some of the fat go away in time? I hope it is permanent. I have always had those big holes in my face from acne scarring and enlarged pores. A doctor did a dermabrasion just on my nose and after it healed, it left huge holes from the way the pores healed. I just read that if one has oily skin, the pore edges heal outward. Well, I have oily skin. And it looks just awful. I know that it is grievously unfair for you to have holes, but I wish mine looked like yours. Well, I guess I am used to it now, but now that I am getting older and losing fat and collagen and getting saggy, my scars and pores are looking even worse. Best of luck, and I hope you get them in court. And I hope they have to pay for all the costs to repair the damage they caused. I do not know how those two charlatans can sleep at night!
January 12, 2018
Thank you "roothy"! You are very sweet! I try my best to stay positive...Unfortunately " the monster" did administrate Skinpen in my chin area and it got horrible saggy...The fat injected in the lower face helped to lift the chin a little; however, it is still saggy (also much bigger than before) and I am looking for some non invasive treatment to fix the damage. Same happens with my eyelids. She did that area ( even when I told her not to do it) and now I have "droopy eyes" and look tired most of the time. The skin in my eyelids is super saggy and with folders . I use bangs to cover the damage until I can get an eyelids surgery.
Soooo, this journey has not finished yet sadly....
January 22, 2018
the holes are your pores. You have them all over your face, the pen removed the layer of skin that was covering them sadly you cant really shrink them. Some are bigger in areas on our body than others. The niddles used are tiny and couldn't make holes like that. But those aren't niddle holes.
January 22, 2018
Kbmoore4,
Since your profile does state that you have some medical credentials to support your opinion about the holes on my face, I will stick with what 2 medical doctors ( one of them a dermatologist ) have told me about the holes on my face; it is that those are holes ( not pores) caused by the pen device used To perfom Skinpen treatments.
I just checked out your profile and found out that the only comments you have posted in over 2 years is in my profile and in the profile of my good friend " Kaya" who also has been horribly damaged by a Pen Device as myself . Interesting ! Wondering if you are one of those " estheticians" performing these evil treatments without a medical degree ( which is requiered in most of the States in this country ) and trying to put our horrible experience in question.
Either way, I will ask you to refrain posting comments in my profile providing a " professional opinion " when you do not have the proper medical accreditations. Thanks .

OMG Caro34 YOU LOOK AMASING !!!!! This fat transfer has done wonders for the wrinkled skin. So happy for you !!! Has it also reduced the appearance of the scratch marks ?
I see you say you still have these but have they become less noticeable? You look fantastic !
January 28, 2018
Thank you Dear ! I really appreciate your words :)
I did " fix" the horrible wrinkles all around my face that were sooo ugly ( especially when I smiled ); however, it did not help to improve the holes and tracks created by the pen device. Even when I still have some damage, I am happy with the results.
Another areas affected by skinpen were my eyeslid and my chin which is getting saggier every day . In the first weeks, my chin looked improved by the FFT ( I think it was because the fat injected in the lower area of my face lift the chin skin a little, but once the inflammation went down and sagginess showed up again.
Now I am trying to figure out what treatment would be better for this area. We will see; one day at the time ...still a long way to go to fix skinpen damages. Unfortunately .

I have been doing deep tissue facial massages and 4 types of LED light therapy. I will do a post in a few months to pass judgement if it is doing anything to improve my skin quality. So far I am enthusiastic cause it does make my face have a healthy glow but not sure if it will show lasting improvement in my skin quality in the long run. So will update in 2-3 months time.
January 29, 2018
Please keep us posted! LED light is something I have been thinking as well, but still fearful about the results.
Thank you "odettomustafa"!
January 29, 2018
Thank you so much for this interesting info! I will try to translate the website..Thanks!
January 29, 2018
To clarify, I am not doing IPL but LED instead. It s a total of 24 minutes, starting with red, then blue, then orange , then green, 6 minutes each. No fears I will be the genuina pig here LOL and will post the outcome in a few months.
