Life changing surgery! The staff was amazing and made me feel at ease the entire time from before the surgery to post surgery. Extremely happy with my results. I could of never imagined what a self confidence boost this would of made in my life! Dr Miami was a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend anyone to go to him, you just cannot regret it!

I posted the pic the doctor to before and after. And a picture I took today at the beach. I was never far but I was really square. Even when I worked out and got really skinny I would always have a square shape. Now I have a lot more curves and it looks natural and I feel great.

I got the surgery October 22 and I took that pic today. So almost 3 months.

Lol yeah my stomach is smooth. I'm still not 100% healed yet. I'm still a little bit swollen around my love handles and if someone grabs my stomach hard it still hurts a bit. I'll post a pic of me toady from the front

How was recovery? Any tips/pointers

I did really well with recovery but it was tough. And I strongly recommend lymphatic massages. They helped me get over the pain faster .

He does not suggest them but I was in pain because I had a lot of liquid and the nurse suggested me the massages. So I did them and it made a big difference. The massages are not nessacary because the body heals in its own but I was desperate to recover fast

I wasn't planning on doing it at all in the beginning so I only did them like 2 1/2 weeks after my surgery but I know that people usually do them like a few days after surgery. I did 5 sessions in total
