I have been researching and stalking this site for a while now. When I was younger and thinner I had a fairly ok body, but after a couple of years of eating and drinking with no exercise, it has took on a new shape of its own (without my permission might I add). So now im trying to change that. I have been researching doctors at vanity cosmetics in florida. I have read alot of negative reviews and honestly the only reason i want to go is because of the price. It seems to me that dr hasan does the best work although I did read about a woman dying from having surgery with him. Im definitely on the fence with this one. I also ran across a doctor in boston who does awesome work and has very impressing credentials but the price is out of my price range. So what do you guys think should I wait and save more money or has anyone had a pleasant experience and great results from hasan at vanity?

Now that ive been reading some of my rs sister's comments, im seeing something about dr hasan not doing hips? Whats up with that. That is definitely a deal breaker for me because I definitely want an hourglass look. Who needs a plump booty with no curves because I definitely have no curves at all. God forgot to add my hips when he was making me so if anyone can help me out with whether or not hasan will do hips it will be greatly appreciated. I really need to know if I need to shop for another doc!

love your journey so far your funny (I felt the same way God forgot my hips n booty when makin me) lol but have u looked into Spectrum Aesthetics doctors i love they work n no deaths on their backgrounds "that I've found" I'm going to Dr.Omulepu.... n the prices are about the same as vanity's they have a special for bbl's $4500 with a list of things included.... well hope this helps have a great journey!

Hi luv! Now your catching on! Try to put up a wish pic that isn't too revealing . There is no need to shoe your face or naked skin but for us RF VETS (real friend) to assist u with the experienced eye we need to see a wish pic of you. Often times we choose a PS for all the wrong reasons but in fact we should take our time and research what PS can meet realistic expectations for TOUR BODY , not a wish pic! Now I seen on another members page where you asked about buying the garments ? The compression socks?
You are to wear the compression. Stockings 10-14 days post opt sx to prevent blood clots and everyone's body is different so when it's your time allow your body to speak to you bcz it will let you know when it's time to remove them bcz your ankles will stay unswollen for several days! To save yourself money and get the optimum results from your CG that the Ps gives you apart of your sx package, stay in that garment for 90days that's a stage one CG then at 90-180 you will then need to buy your phase two garment ! Remembering if your body gives you the signs of at least two sizes dropped in waist measurements . This is so important bec your new phatty needs to form so don't rob yourself of this time jumping into another CG. Now if you are not going to have a TT then that CG vendetta 929 may work but that's not a very good garment becz it doesn't offer adbominal compression! The best garments are COLUMBIAN POWERNETs and MARENA CG , for your waist clincher go to squeem.com or look on my journal part one and two I listed where I got things from . You are to start wearing your waist trainer "squeem " at 14 days post opt til your six mo post opt! Good luck too you and I hope there is something I've said that has help you on your journey!

Ok so I was telling a friend of mine about my decision to finally go through with the sx. So she was listening and we looked at some doctors and their reviews and things of that sort. So of course I was showing her some of my first choice doctors from before I applied for the care credit and got denied, so they all were very pricey like 9 thousand and up... ok so she got interested in getting one also. So now that we have to pay cash I was introducing her to vanity cosmetics and their doctors which are wayyyy cheaper. So she was like hell nah something isnt right about the extreme price difference why are they so cheap? So I was like I dont kno then she said you must be going to a cosmetic swap shop so now im feeling some type of way about continuing with the doctors at vanity. What do you girls think, does price matter? I mean I kno its a difference in going to macys or saks fifth and paying one price for a bag or a pair of shoes versus going to the hair salon and buying the same item from tony that comes through every couple of days with the 50 dollar micheal kors bags but damn I mean I dont know now im lost. HELP!

In all honesty the price varies with experience and demand. I'll be honest with there are EXTREMELY qualified surgeons at Vanity that produce far better outcomes than their counterpart surgeons that charge 2-3 times more. On the contrary the customer service at Vanity is absolutely horrific! Research is vital & far more important than simply choosing because of price. Macy's & Dillard's could have different prices & sales on the EXACT same item. Lol going a step beyond the knock off MK bag guy.

Vanity is located in a strip mall, its a drive-thru azz chop shop doing surgery til 11pm at night! I was originally wanting to go to JCurves in ATL for 13k, then realized some of his patients were going to Vanity for round 2....so I'm cuttin the middle man out!

JCurves was my first choice too bc he was the first doctor I heard of performing this when I see him do Shekinah on the T.I. and Tiny show. But soon after he blew up and the waiting list was long as hell on top of the fact that his prices went up after that. Most of the girls where I live went to him some results better than others but as far as I can see the Vanity doctors are good too. But I have been researching doctors and I need cc's added to my hips as well as each cheek so I need to discuss that with them. But anywho for now im leaning toward the chop shop I think.:-)

I think you kind if get what you pay for. While his results are banging,, a lot if hi girls get seromas, plus he was a dermatologist by trade. I'm more inclined to go to a board certified cosmetic surgeon. That means that person trained for that and didn't just take a class to learn how to do a procedure. I'm an ICU nurse. I dont know anything about delivering babies. Would you want me to be ur nurse in the delivery room. Of course I can do the basics but would you be comfortable? I know price is a concern. I used united medical credit and my credit score is not great and I just came out of a bankruptcy, so there is a chance. I wish you luck and no matter your choice, go with your gut feeling. You are going to be bootyful no matter what!

Thank you so much and u just helped me finalize my decision. You made a lot of since. I have read other girls having draining issues after surgery with Hasan. I thought it was bc he sometimes didnt use drains. But Fisher is board certified and I havent read about any deaths under his belt like hasan.

I'm feeling the same wa. I've always been afraid of cheap. However, just because a doctor charges out the ass doesnt make him good. I'm in Chicago an im having a hard time finding a doc here
