3 months later, so thankful for Dr. Pearson and happy I did this!
I had my 3 month post op visit yesterday and I couldn't be happier about my decision to have surgery with Dr. P. If you are considering nose surgery, you are in excellent hands with Dr. P. Just about everything was wrong with my nose...crooked, asymmetrical from top to bottom, too large for my face, tip off centered, wide at the top....the list goes on! But Dr. Pearson was able to correct my nose issues and give me a much straighter smaller feminine nose. I really wish I would have done it sooner! I do still have a good amount of swelling but even with the swelling, my nose is 100% better than it was.
so far, so good!
I'm had my two week post op visit today. My swelling is still there but getting a little better each day. Mornings I have more swelling and then by afternoon I start getting excited because I can see my new nose! I am already feeling like this was a great decision and SO grateful I found Dr. Pearson.
Lots of swelling
Yesterday my cast came off. It wasn't painful, just some adjusting to not having it on. I did feel exhausted after the appointment and face felt funny the rest of the evening. I finally slept well though. Today a small amount of the swelling has gone down, but I still look pretty strange. I am really wanting to go out for new years eve, even to just get pizza, but my face feels stiff and the swelling between my eyes is making me self conscious. So we may have to order in! Trying to be patient, I am hoping some of this swelling goes down in the next few days. I can tell the tip is swollen but my nostrils are even, and it does look so much better from that angle. And the hump is gone! So just going to hang on here, and hope some of the awkwardness of the swelling subsides. For now, going to try a shower and a little makeup :)

Dr. Pearson has been great - explains everything, seems excited about 'fixing' my nose! His before and after pictures all were amazing which is why I picked him, and after meeting him, I was really impressed with the time he spent with me and details about what to expect. His office staff have all been very courteous and pleasant too.
