Mr Marcellino is an amazing man who has the time and passion for his patients! He initially offered me an uplift but listened to my concerns about scarring at such a young age. He managed to give me brand new full round and uplifted breast with 375cc over the muscle and i' am in love !
Had my 6 week check with him yesterday and all was good, I cannot thank him enough for his work!
On the day of my surgery he made sure he came up to check on me before i could leave the hospital, he really cares about his patients.
He has given me confidence in my body that i never knew existed and deserves a lot more credit and recognition for his work! amazing !

How are u healing now..and how do u feel about having them over muscle any advice! Cant wait to have mine....roll on april...any puctures

just adding some pics , having them over the muscle recovery wise was so much better ! I had overs because apparently I had enough breast tissue so he didn't want to go under the muscle, but 5 months post op iam so happy and have healed amazing !

If you have a choice of both then choose what you feel most comfortable with ! I hear loads of things like indeed give you more upper pole cleavage , and overs don't but not sure at all ! Thank you and yours will be amazing ! It's such a good experience. Implant wise , from my experience I would go for the biggest size. I have 375cc and sometimes still wish I went for 400 or 450 but iam still happy. Good luck all the best x

You too..my ps said 350cc but gonna ask if i can have at least 400cc. Dont want to regret sizing so i will c what he says...thank you..u have helped me soooo much! Thanks

Currently iam 5 months post op , but this was my boobies at three weeks. Skin felt tight but was still very pleased ! My nipples have always been large but I was happy that they didn't increase or stretch out in size ! Lol 375cc over the muscle
