After much research I've decided to take the next step...Laser Lipo. At first I was going for a TT but decided against it bc I hate being put to sleep. I talked with a few people who actually had the procedure and they both were very pleased. The results aren't as instant but within 4 weeks they both said they saw a dramatic difference. That was enough for me.....

Its a little less invasive, but I defiantly would say its surgery by how I feel

I had my laser lipo yesterday at noon. It was an amazing process. I usually don't tolerate pain well, yesterday I was a trooper! I endured the numbing process which consisted 4 holes being made in my abdominal, then injections all over to get my stomach good & ready for the process. It was a little uncomfortabl but nothing too bad. After that the doc was started the laser process, I actually went to sleep...lol however I woke up just in time for the lipo. This part was loud. The doc said was skin was really tough, as well as my tissue so she had to work extra hard. I also have tons of stretch marks, making that scar tissue a true tough to bypass. The doc said I better work hard to maintain my results after how how hard I made her work...no worries, this is an investment I made into myself, I have no plans on going back to where I'm coming back.
I was a bit sore afterwards, this am I feel pretty good. Going to see doc at 4, after that I will post post op pics.

Wow! I didn't think I had it in me but I did and after the results I've seen already I wouldn't turn back. Very sore and the skin near my pubic area is very swollen & tender, from what I'm hearing its normal. The top half of my stomach looks great, just some bruising. I bruise very easy, although my skin is darker. I neglected to walk right away & paid for that. Walking, as the doctor directed was so helpful. I went to see Dr. Pilato today and as she unstrapped my garments I thought I woul would cry, its been years since the bulge was fine. Her along with her nurse Lisa did an awesome job. They both were so polite and my PS took pride in making sure I would be completely satisfied with my results. I would highly recommend her and this procedure
Thanks for starting a review. You should take some before pics while you are waiting for your surgery day- we'd love to see them!
Good luck today- let us know how it went!
It is still liposuction, so yes it is surgery. The laser goes under your skin during the lipo process to help dissolve fat cells. These links might help:
