I am having my reduction on the 25th of August. Have already had my Pre-Op. Getting a little nervous now and excited! I am a 34H and am hoping to make it to a 34C. Dr says my surgery will be 3 to 3 1/2 hrs long. Can't wait for this to happen! The days can't pass fast enough. Have wanted this since high school. I was a 32DD in high school. And with weight gain and having a child I just keep getting bigger. I have lost 20-25lbs but my breast are still a 34H.

I'm excited for you! I'm having mine on the 27th August, so I understand and I am counting the days too! I want to be a C cup too as I am currently a 36H!

I am a 32GG and have migraines, shoulder indentations and have been getting shoulder pain. I've never considered this before but I am thinking the time may have finally come. I've been a 32F for years no matter how much weight I lose. I hit menopause and gained 10lbs. I thought breasts were supposed to get smaller after menopause but mine got larger.

Oh my gosh. This is my story. I am exactly the same size and am looking to do the same thing. Please post something after surgery. I'd love to hear how it went and what you think.

Loosing weight might be a better option to try first. You can do it and reduce a few cup sizes. My friend had 38G and lost 50 lbs and went down to a 36 DD and looks great. Now she wants just a lift, no reduction needed.

2 more weeks to go! They can't go by fast enough. I have all my vitamins to take, the soap to wash with, a couple of button down shirts. Now just need to get some more pillows and button down PJ's.

One week to go! The count down is on! Am getting very nervous and anxious to have my BR done and over, so I can see what my new breast will look like on me. Still need a few things, but will get them in time. My doctor says not to buy any new bras until after my post op appt. that way I can go try them on and see how they will fit and feel. They suggested I get the Bali Bra: Comfort Revolution Comfo Design Full-Figure Bra with Smart S 3488. Looked it up and not sure if I will like it. I did go ahead and ordered a couple of different bras with front closure. Guess I can send them back if they don't fit. But I figure they will eventually fit and can wear them later after swelling goes down.
On another note. I have the best husband in the world! He doesn't understand why I want this surgey done, doesn't see anything wrong with my huge chest. I tell him I am in pain every day from them. So he is backing me on having a BR even tho he doesn't think I need it. But not only that, he is taking a weeks Vacation off work to take care of me and our 4yr old. He also bought us loveseat recliners! So that I can have a place to sleep if I can't sleep in the bed.
Well that's about all I have. Will post a couple more before pictures to compare with the after pictures once I have my new Boobies!

My very first post here even though I've been reading lots of posts here. I'm day 8 POST

Clicked too soon. I'm day 7 POST OP. Everything went well, been so happy with my results so far. I did have to go to my first post op appointment one day earlier coz I saw a leakage that's more "green". I was afraid I was getting an infection. My PS said that I just oozes out a bit. He removed the dressing and cleaned the wound. Put back new dressing but only partially. He wanted me to "air out" the rest. But I'm feeling great. In fact, I've been feeling great since right after the surgery (I think I had the best anesthesiologist ever!!!). Pain and discomfort is manageable. I'm also fortunate that my PS removed the two drains the day I left the hospital (I stayed for one night). I'm so happy this finally happened since I've been thinking about it for at least 13 years (I'm 40 years old). My bra pre-op was 34H (but prob should have been 34HH). I've asked to be reduced to 34C-D.
Best wishes to you!! You'll be so happy!!

Congratulations! I am almost 1 year post op. My surgery was done September 23 of last year. I was a 32 HH. I am now down to a small D! I am absolutely in love with my new perky boobies! It is wonderful to hear that you have a good support system. You will definitely need it, lol. Recovery was a little rough for me. I did not have any complications, but I stayed tired a lot after the surgery because it takes so much out of you. I just listened to my body and rested when I needed to. You will do great.
