5 weeks post op. making progress. Embrace Scar therapy.

Well. Its been a while since ive updated. Today i am 5 weeks post op. I can honestly say that this past week was when i finally turned the corner in regards to having a fully functional day. Pior to surgery, id wake at 5 am and be at the work from 7-4:30. This week i was able to go back to my normal work hours. Wasnt so bad. I'd get stiff throughout the day (from sitting at my desk) id would alleviate by taking 5 min walk breaks. My swelling is getting better but i have consistently worn my faja with foams and boards every day, 22 hours day. Probably going to continue wearing this for a few more weeks. I plan to start exercising (brisk) walking after my 6 week appointment. Will be interesting to see how that goes, physically and mentally since i was running 25 miles a week and lifting weights 3x per week.
This past week, had another setup in my incisons. My right breast, where the T junction of a lift is, opened up and starting seeping. Its about the size of a dime. Now ive got to clean, protect and guaze it up just like the left breast. The left breast is finally starting to close up but it looks like its going to take a few more weeks to fully close. So based on that, i think the right breast will take 6 weeks to fully close. The incision hole on my TT line closing up slowly but surely as well. Probably 2 more weeks on that as well. I started Embrace scar therapy on all my incision scars (except where the incisons opened up). I didnt want to delay the healing process on the scars. Hope it is worth the investment. You will notice the scar strips in the photos.
Till the next time!

Day 18 post op

At around 2 weeks Post op I got my tummy tuck drain removed. Then an opening in my insertion line occurred and opening on my left breast incision. Ive been struggling and worrying about that all this week. Dr says to keep it clean and dry as much as possible. also apply neosporin. ive been really cautious and vigilant about treating my openings. I worry my scars are going to be messes up and i will need a scar revision. Any suggestions for scar therapy?? My dr gave my silagen to use but i hear there are other products out there that might be better???
Ive noticed swelling is going down each day and the stiffness is getting better. I still have a drain in my butt from the lipo and bbl. I hope its okay to still have it in and its not going to get infected at this point since its been 18 days now. Ive heard sometime your body starts to reject the drains if you have them in too long.
Oh all things im worrying about!

Day 14 post op. Some issues. Help

So i went to my dr for a followup on Fri and she removed the drain from my tummy tuck. Ever since then, ive noticed some seeping from my stomach stutures . Its not bloody, its yellowish. Smells a little funky too. Im thinking its my stomach still draining but im getting little concerned. I still have surgical tape on my sutures and im afraid to pull them off to actually see the seepage. Anyone know what this could be????

Also, on my left breast there seems to be a sore /open spot next to my sutures near the breast fold below my nipple. Not sure if its a seroma or may just the exposed skin. It was bleeding slighty so i put surgical tape over to protect it. Im not sure if that was the wrong thing to do or what i should. Anyone have the same experience??
