I finally started my breast augmentation journey!
After years and years and YEARS of wanting a BA, I finally started to research doctors and go on consultations.
I am based in NYC, so I went to a few surgeons in the city. The first one was okay, but I did not vibe with the surgeon at all, (which I think is incredibly important!) and the consultation felt rushed and as if I was being dismissed.
The second consult was significantly better, and gave me a clear idea of what a thorough surgeon is supposed to do. That consult lasted an hour, and the surgeon really examined/measured me, and listened to my goals. The only thing deterring me from booking the second surgeon was the price. I was quoted $15k, which seemed completely exorbitant as I am not a special case (no major asymmetry or tuberous breast deformity). I am obviously not looking for a cheap deal, but I know that I can get amazing work done elsewhere for practically half that price. Which brings me to my next consult.
I'll be meeting with a surgeon in Miami next month and I am super hopeful that it goes well! Their work is beautiful, tasteful, and a lot of their clients look like my before photos, so I already feel confident that this surgeon will be able to give me exactly what I'm looking for.
