One year and eight months later after my surgery, and I could not be happier!

Sitting cross legged on the deck of our pool in the backyard, and I just can’t help but smile of the joy I feel from my results from my thigh lift surgery! Oh my gosh, you look amazing. I have wanted to Fila for 20 years. I’ve already done everything else. Genetically just bad creepy saggy thighs. I can’t believe how beautiful your thighs look on day two. Did your legs swell a lot, they don’t look swollen? Where is the surgeon located again?
Dr. Cardenas is located in Tijuana Mexico and ,she is the best plastic surgeon ever! Borders or no borders! I have said that many times over! I could not be happier with my outcome, and the whole procedure of getting there from the airport to her office, to the hospital and back to the Recovery House where I had the best care ever was amazing! I would do it again!! Life changing and so happy!!!
Wow, that is amazing. My twin sister and I both do not like our thighs. I sent her a picture of your thighs, they are amazing. What did you end up paying for that procedure? Was it weird going to Mexico, were you a little nervous??

4 plus months out and LOVING MY DECISION!!!!

I am all healed up, and my scars are fading beautifully! I know I have said it a zillion times, but this was definitely my favorite surgery outcome! An incredible confidence builder for me! The vast difference from completely hating your legs to loving them is an amazing mind boggling thing! I will forever have gratitude for Dr. Cardenas for giving me that invaluable gift! Life is now back to normal, other than I can include wearing shorts and swimsuits with confidence now!! I am going to post some pics of me just living my wonderful life! Thank you to everyone who has followed my journey!

Wow! And Wow! Your body looks amazing!!! Thank you for the excellent photos and updates. I Have a few questions, totally sorry if you posted the same answers! 1. How long was the procedure? 2. What type of anesthesia did they use? 3. Did they use the squeezing compression tube things on your calves during the surgery? 4. How long did you wait before going into the recovery house? 5. How long did you stay in the recovery house? 6. How much dis the recovery house cost? 7. Did the Dr's team pick you up and drop you off at the airport? 8. Did you tip any of the drivers? Helpers at the recovery house? 9. Are there additional costs at the recovery house? Sorry for all the questions! Thank you so much for sharing your journey! You look amazing. You look so happy!
I AM Super happy, and I love that it shows! I think the procedure was four hours long. Dr. C uses local anesthesia and an epidural. I do not believe they used the compression squeezing device. But I was out like a light! I spent the first night in the hospital after the procedure and then was transferred the next morning to Recovery House for six more nights. The Recovery House cost was included in my total surgery price. I did leave money to the Recovery House manager to provide a nice lunch for everybody as a tip… It is not required but these beautiful folks go way above and beyond for you, and I was happy to do that simple gesture. My transportation to and from the airport was also included in my total package price. I had no other additional costs! Well there are all your answers, I hope they help in someway!

I'm doing so good!! Like you, my pain has been minimal and results are great! I have my post op appointment tomorrow so will see the scars for the first time so a bit nervous about that, but otherwise over the moon with my results. You look incredible in shorts by the way. I'm hoping to add some to my wardrobe when I'm done healing. Will add some more pics to my review tomorrow xx

I am 6 weeks healed!!

I made it to week six, I have officially stopped wearing my compression garment… I actually stopped five days ago, but don’t tell my surgeon! All my open wounds are closed, and I feel fantastic!
This has been the most life-changing and wonderful transformation surgery yet. I would absolutely do it again in a heartbeat! I am incredibly happy with my scars, I started using Mederma on them this week.
I have no pain, and pretty much feel like I am back to 98% full functioning! People keep asking me why I went to Mexico for my surgery, and the simple answer is that I wanted the very best surgeon, and that is where she happens to be! If you are researching surgery, I hope you found my review informative and helpful. I probably won’t post again until three or six months postop, but I always get notifications if there are comments or questions, and I’m always happy to answer them. Good luck on whatever stage of surgery you’re in, researching, choosing a surgeon, prepping for an upcoming surgery date, or in the healing process!

Wow, you heal great, congratulation! Im 6 weeks post op as well, your incision looks much better then mine, but I know we all heal differently. I asked your Dr too for a consult, but she would not take my BMI, so i found a Dr near by who is also great, no regrets. Congratulation again, you look great.
