Wow!!! Where to begin... Look no further and go with the best! A search of Dr.FG's work will make it quite evident that you are dealing with an artist! Most plastics surgeons are ok at body work and even fewer are good working on the face. Mediocre is how I would describe 90% of them. The great lipo guy probably shouldn't be your pick for your nose... That is not the case here. If you look at the curves he sculpts on his patients and the beautiful noses he creates you see how talented he is. I spent over 500 hrs searching for the person I would trust my face with. My face is my livelihood, I work for a celebrity dermatologist so aging is not and option! I'm also from a country known to have some of the best plastic surgeons in the world (Venezuela) I could have gone home but I chose Dr. FG. One review after the other describes a great experience and how nice he is. I would personally give up bedside manner for talent and great results but with him you don't have to pick. You get a humble, kind and witty man that happens to be an excellent plastic surgeon! I cannot describe how nice he is in words! Another important thing that I was looking for in my search, was for a Dr that gave back and was not all about the $$$. I know from the bottom of my heart that Dr.FG is part of Operation Smile because of who he is and not because of how it looks!!!! He exudes a sense of calm that inspires total trust. Your health will always be #1 priority, his team and the clinic are Stellar!!!! The cost of care equal to this in the N. America or Europe would easily be triple. Pricing is fair because of his humbleness, he could charge more and I'm sure he knows it (plz dont). He and I spoke about his pricing in the US and I realized he loves what he does and it is not all about the $$$. He is the nicest MD I have ever met (besides my friends). I was lucky enough to have him to sing for me lol... I was getting my stitches out and all of a sudden he starts to sing "I feel pretty, oh so pretty" (west side story) and I looked at him like what the hell!!!!! He says "you don't remember that" I said remember what???? Apparently I was singing that while I was being sedated and being rolled into the OR! How embarrassing :) but he made me laugh on multiple occasions which was nice!!! Don't think about it anymore... Just do, it choose him. He is the best in the DR and for that kind of talent u will easily pay 4x for the same thing anywhere else... My nose job in the states by the only plastic surgeon I would trust was 11k. I paid about 6 for everything he did!!!! You will look beautiful, natural and still like yourself.... Natural never goes out of style! Stay with Arelis!!!! It's like being with family!!!!
