Dr Nesiba is truly amazing! 50s, 415cc, wide plane, medium projection

I felt it necessary to post a couple of updated pictures, as you can see everything is pretty much settled, I am so grateful for Dr Nesiba. I have never been so happy with seeing pictures of myself, not to mention having the confidence to share with others.

Once I decided to move forward with my breast augmentation I spent months researching Dr's and procedures, I feel very fortunate to have found Dr Nesiba at Flourish Surgical Art's.
I'm a transwoman in my 50's so I felt it necessary to find a surgeon who is not only skilled, but one that is knowledgeable with the intricacies of transitioning, Dr Nesiba knows exactly what he's doing,
I called and scheduled my consultation, within a week I was in his office, his staff is amazing, everyone is so welcoming, professional and friendly, not once have I ever felt uncomfortable, I have never had to ask for anything nor wait for more then 15 minutes even though I'm always early for my appointments.
His office and consultation rooms are extremely clean, comfortable and classy without being over the top. Nothing fake about Flourish or Dr Nesiba.
During my consultation Dr Nesiba took the time to learn about me and my goals, I was given the opportunity to ask any questions without being rushed, During my exam Dr Nesiba took the time to explain the difference between me and cis gender women (muscle mass, hips, etc) he offered his opinion which totally made sense.
I was given the opportunity to try many different sized implants with different profiles until I found what I felt would be perfect for me. Once I found the size and profile I wanted Dr Nesiba and his assistant excused themselves so I could have some time alone, that was unexpected and very cool, I was able to check it all out, take some selfies for further reflection at home.
When I was done I was given my paperwork with my estimate.
I left Flourish with more information then I could have imagined and more excitement then I thought possible.
I waited a week and decided the smart thing to do was to have other consultations which I did, the other consultations did nothing but solidify my decision to work with Dr Nesiba and Flourish Surgical Art's.
Once my decision was made I called, put down my deposit and was given a date within two months. That was unexpected and amazing.
At my pre-op visit I was once again given the opportunity to try different size and profile implants with no input from Dr Nesiba and I picked the exact size previously chosen, that was smother thing that made Dr Nesiba stand out from the others, he made sure I was making the correct decision for myself.
I was given a list of things I needed to complete before my procedure (medical tests) Dr Nesiba does not mess around when it comes to safety.
I submitted my results to Dr Nesiba, we were able to move forward, next was my pre-op appointment at Modern Surgical Arts where Dr Nesiba performs his magic.
Once again I was whole heartedly welcomed by Catherine the Administrative Coordinator who is an amazingly kind individual (love her).
The day of my procedure Dr Nesiba brought an assortment of implants ranging below and above the size I chose so during the procedure he had the option to choose the most appropriate, anatomically correct size based on my build and my desired results.
During my consultation I chose 365cc wide plane medium projection. I ended up with 415cc wide plane medium projection which in my opinion and the opinion of all those that I've shown, is perfect.
The surgery went perfectly, I've had many post-op appointments in the 6 months following my procedure, Dr Nesiba is always welcoming, thorough, and informative, his staff is the very best, I will most definitely be back next year for some other work.
