Almost 40, 6 Vaginal Births

WORTH IT$400
So I am going on 40, and just delivered my last baby about 11 weeks ago. I had considered a full vaginoplasty, but I'm happy with my vulva and really just want the vaginal canal tightened. I have very slight incontinence when my bladder is very full and it can be difficult to hold it, but I have never had an accident so severe that it would make me seek this out. I also have some significant problems with vaginal dryness. The main reason I'm getting this procedure is for the 'tightening' up part. I'll be taking photos in case there is some visible change in the vaginal opening or vulva, but I won't post them if there is no visible difference. I'll be going to my OBGYN in Sugarland for the procedure. He is running a special of 3 treatments for 1200,(with $150 for an extra treatment if I desire and he feels it's ok), so I lucked out and got in before it ended. The receptionist answered a lot of my questions (yes I spoke to the dr in a consult already) that I didn't get to ask, and told me that several patients have reported to her that they absolutely love their results. I have to wait till next week when Im not on my cycle and I am extremely excited!! Yaay to no more frog noises during sex!!

I had my FemiLift this morning. I was given a numbing cream after having my final questions answering and sat for 45 minutes waiting for it to be completely numb. I didn't feel any of the zapping at all, the numbing cream was awesome. The uncomfortable part was having the wand pushed really far in so that it popped behind/in front of my cervix. It felt like a painful pap smear. I forgot to take Tylenol before the procedure so I took two as soon as I left and felt no discomfort until around 2 pm. Then I started to feel like I'd had rough sex without any lubrication. I was given a script for premarin cream to take every night, I'm hoping it will help with the raw feeling. Around 6 I decided to take a look and kind of wish I hadn't. It ain't pretty. I forgot to take before pictures, so theres no comparison, but I normally do NOT have any bubble like protrusions. I also have purple patches that didn't photograph. I am extremely swollen- my entire vagina has swelled shut. But I'm not in pain. In the photos, the top bubble is my external urethra- the tissue around it has swollen over it which makes peeing a bit of a task (no stinging when I pee or anything) the middle bubble I believe is the floor of my bladder, and the bottom bubble is actually the middle of the top of the vaginal canal.

It healed beautifully, everything tucked back up and there are no more protrusions. Labia minora plumped up and after 4 years im just now considering a touch up.

24 hours and the swelling has gone down a bit. My vaginal entrance feels like I just gave birth. Still no pain but I'm very uncomfortable. The premarin cream hasn't helped with any discomfort. I notice it more when I'm walking, and when I first sit down. Tylenol isn't really helping anymore. Scheduled session 2 for the first week of November. 6 more days of no sex.
