Almost 40, 6 vaginal births

I'm a week after my 3rd session and it's by far the least painful. I barely noticed any discomfort past the first 24 hours. I also had my first period right before my 3rd treatment. I noticed a different inserting tampons ( they didn't hit a side wall and try to turn sideways ) and a big difference removing them ( my vagina was so wide they would literally fall out when saturated ). When removing a tampon they no longer fall out but I actually have to turn- pretty hard- to remove it. I can even feel the friction and discomfort when taking it out. Ok- so let's talk sex. There was a significant improvement after the second session- before my bladder was constantly hit, and I only felt friction on the bottom and top of my vagina. The frog noises stopped. My bladder was not getting hot any more. After the second treatment I felt friction on ALL sides! My husband (at that point) reports it's totally different and he also now feels significant friction on all sides as well. He said it's amazing. Now a week after my third session I actually feel stretch and fullness during sex! He says it feels pretty similar as after the second session, but I feel a noticable difference from last month. Sex is SO enjoyable now. I'd compare it to how it felt after having only 1 birth. Before treatment id say my vagina was wide enough for 3 fingers with plenty of room to spare. Now id say 2, with a bit of room to spare. My vulva did not have any kind of red marks this time around, I will post a picture at the end of treatment after everything has healed. I'll be heading back next month for possibly a 4th procedure, if he checks me and thinks it's ok. So far very with it!

I had my second session yesterday. It was a shorter session than the first. Again, my vaginal entrance feels like I just have birth- swiped and sore. Took 3 round of painkillers. I got a small part time job as a barista and I was kind of feeling a little pain with all the squatting and walking. I've had more bladder control ( when I have to pee there is less of an urgency and I pee less when I sneeze, which wasn't really an issue anyway), vaginal dryness is less of an issue, but I have suddenly gotten a lot of lubrication for me reason- and a few times slow to get lubricated when I wanted to. It's like my body is having to learn it. Sex is noticably different. It's not a miraculous difference but I absolutely feel the difference in width, and muscle control. The weird air trapped in my vagina noise popped up again last time I had sex- it was the first time since the first treatment. My bladder is no longer jabbed during sex- that alone makes the first treatment worth it. I will update in a few weeks! My vulva looks the same as it did after the the first treatment.

Yesterday evening it started to really burn when I peed, so I pulled out a nice peribottle I purchased a few months ago for a birth. It helped SO much. I also started to go from discomfort, to actual pain. It hurt when I walked. I took Tylenol and it stopped hurting and hasn't hurt since. The nightly premarin cream does nothing for comfort (I know it's a hormone cream but I was still hoping). The swelling is almost completely gone, and I'm left with raw spots on my vaginal opening and around my urethra opening. They do not hurt. I'm using my peri bottle to rinse and haven't needed Tylenol since yesterday.
