Feedback on Hair Transplant Experience at Cinik Clinic

I underwent a hair transplant at Cinik Clinic and was very well received by the reception staff and translators. During the beginning of the procedure, everything went smoothly.

However, I noticed a lack of professionalism during part of the procedure. From the middle to the end, with the arrival of a male staff member (whose name I do not know), the atmosphere in the operating room became uncomfortable. The staff present were laughing constantly, and one of them was using a cellphone next to the surgical table, showing videos to the professional performing the procedure on my head. Both were laughing at the videos, which were unrelated to the procedure. This situation made the experience stressful and caused me to worry about the quality and attention being given to the procedure.

The following day, I was well attended by the staff who performed the first wash, and regarding the post-operative period, my experience has been satisfactory.
