WORTH IT$10,850
So it’s been about 9 months. Still happy! My body composition has changed a lot. I have been going to the gym and resuming normal life for several months now. I did put on about 14 lbs since surgery. I had a delayed check up with Dr. B and he mentioned that I could be building lean muscle since the fat was distributed. I have been working my lower body more since, so that’s prob accurate. My measurements have stayed the same except my butt is much more uh, I guess you would say, protruding. Haha. So my jeans fit again, but still stay loose at the waist/hips. My tummy wasn’t lipoed (because he got enough fat from my hips & thighs) so that remains a trouble spot that I have to work hard at. I changed my diet in the last month and dropped a few pounds, also noticed I stopped bloating!! So I just need to keep that up. Surgery, antibiotics and drugs prob just rocked my belly. Took about 6 months or so to start feeling myself again. I have noticed some little beads and possible small lumps in my breasts. They are close to an area that was already kinda lumpy to begin with. It fluctuates with soreness during my cycle and if I drink caffeine or eat sugar. Massages really help. I had Dr. B check it out and he couldn’t locate them. Neither could my husband, but I can feel it. So it’s not super bothersome and you can’t notice by looking but, just hoping they resolve. All in all still feel like it was worth it. Implants would have NEVER worked in my body. I’ve also retained the same size from my surgery date. I feel pretty lucky that I retained well. Whether that was from a little weight gain or not... I haven’t gone down in size at all. Read my tips in previous posts... I think it had to do with my aftercare and supplements. Also, being at my leanest body weight pre op helped! When I put a little weight back on it was to my favor. Anyway! Hope that helps.

Thanks for your review. I'm 1 month post opp so it's encouraging to see how you progressed through the months. Hoping to maintain as much fat as possible.
Thanks! Good luck on your recovery!
Just seeing you posts. That's great success. I'm going to do same fat trans to breasts in spring & hope to have it take & last. I had wgt loss ' tummy tuck already. The boobs will be phase 2. Did you have any open incision problem areas? I worry bout that. Thanks for posting.
No, the incisions were tiny and healed almost immediately. Didn’t even feel like surgery!
What were the supplements you recommend?
So are the lumps something you feel just putting your hand on your breast and gently squeeze or do you have to dig deep like a self exam? And does it look lumpy now? Or is it internal?
I want t do it but one plastic surgeon is recommending against it and says I should do implants so I'm confused. I was gung go before.
Can you post a pic prior to the fat transfer so we can see the difference! Thanks!

5 1/2 months

Thought I'd update. Breasts have settled very naturally and have improved in shape. I've put on a few pounds since the surgery... maybe 5-7 lbs. It's not ideal, but it doesn't look bad. I think I went up a 1/2 cup because of it. So now I'm a very full 34/D and sometimes a 34/DD in certain bras. I'm still a size 4, so most of the extra weight went to my boobs and belly. Kinda wishing he lipoed my belly now, but really, it's nothing a few weeks doing some sit up can't fix. I've taken this year off excersising, only walking right now. I plan on getting back on routine when school starts. Honestly, I've just been a little nervous about slimming down if I do. Still happy. My back is smoothing out more and more as time goes on. I've had some massages and it's doing better. Scars are slowly fading. Been checking for lumps and I have one tiny sensitivity area that comes and goes during my period and I can't really tell if it was something preexisting or not. So nothing really that stands out to me. All in all, this was totally worth it. Feeling more confident in the buff and husband is loving that! ;)

Mommy Fix

My only regret is that I didn't do this sooner! I went from shapeless and tall, with tired deflated breasts to a curvy, sculpted version of me- all in one procedure. I dropped 2 dress sizes, went up 2 cup sizes and didn't loose an ounce from my butt. Dr Bednar is second to none for this procedure!

Sorry trying to update my review to "worth it"!
What was your TOTAL cost, all things considered?
do you have any before pics thanks
Do you know how much fat was grafted into each Breast? I had 300 ml of fat grafted into each Breast almost 3 wks ago, wondering if that makes a difference, since I was told that I might lose 30-50% of the graft
I had 650 ccs put in each breast and was told that I retained about 65-70%. I did everything he told me to do and upped my protein and collagen intake. :)
Congrats! That is amazing. So happy for you!
Thank you! :)
