Fat Transfer to Breasts for an out of town gal

The shape is still the same which very happy about that but unfortunately these lumps, 3 small ones on one side and 2 on the other. One of the lumps are larger than 2 coins. Dr.Bednar did needle aspirations twice so it reduced significantly. Now it’s about a side of a large coin and did the third needle aspiration yesterday, will see how it will be in a week. The large lump scar tissue is right close the surface of the skin so it’s harden and obvious. The surgery left large scar in that area like a burn scars. The scars from Lipo are still there, as well as those under the breasts. Just wondering if there’s a different technique that would be less post op trauma. Found Dr.Aaron Rollins at Elite Body Sculpting and seem like his Lipo and fat grafting seem to be quite ease, less invasive and almost no downtime. Not sure if it’s just an advertising. My advise! If you’re easily scared like me then you may want to do more research to get this done with less invasive procedure. On the bright note, Dr. Bednar is very much responsible for his work which is wonderful.

Thank you for the 1 year update! Hopefully with the drains your lumps will resolve soon... Your lipo and breast shape are gorgeous :)
How bad are the scars? Do you still think it's been worth it?
I have also looked into Rollins and his practice. It seems mostly like advertising to me. The only things that would set their procedure apart from Bednar’s is their laser Lipo wand and their no stitches policy. Based on available scientific research on the procedure, there’s no real difference in results based on the technique. I can’t say anything to lack of stitches, except the stitches made for worse scarring (according to a review by another girl who went to Bednar) and lack of stitches is more typically done from what I see. Also from Yelp reviews of Elite Body Sculpture it seems many women were still in pain after and during the procedure (since they use Local not General anesthesia). I’d recommend finding an experienced doctor, specializing in the BFT procedure (or at least in breast procedures), in your area, who publishes and/or teaches often, performs the procedure often, and gets good results that you can see on RealSelf. Lots of people really love Dr Bednar on here but there’s another review with a girl whose boob basically fell out after because he injected way too much fat. The reason he gets drastic results is because he drastically overfills, which can be really unsafe. It probably won’t be unsafe for you because you have large enough boobs that the fat will survive, but I personally won’t pay that much money for someone who made such a surgical error. Also I hate his scarring results but some people don’t care. In any case, you have great results and look wonderful.

Day 90 Postop

It’s officially 3 months and the shape and size did not change much from the 60 days. Sometime it does look smaller but depends on what I wear. Still fit in the 32D bra.
The worry is the lumps, on the left are a few and on the right is more because of the deep bruising from the surgery. Dr.Bednar said start massaging them now and to give it a few more months, it could be zits that would go away on their own or he will drain it with a needle in December :( I pray they would go away so I don’t have more scars on my breasts. My scars are not raised too much but still very dark and visible.

Thank you so much!!! Do you know what kind of lipo you did? I hope the lumps go away.... please keep me updated.
It was a traditional Tumescent one but with smaller cannula, because the doc said that’s the best to retain the fat, other type of Lipo will kill those fat we need.
Btw thanx and I hope so too. Even though I don’t think it will go away and doing tons of research right now to make sure I find the best way to get rid of them
Please keep up the journal updates. I have wanted to change my boobs forever and I'm considering this fat transfer procedure. Thank you!
Will update in detail for my current condition now
Hi Luv_p! Your review is so helpful! Thank you for sharing your experience with such detail! How are you doing now? Have you kept your volume/ size at 32D? Other than no exercise, what did Dr Bednar suggest you should/ shouldn’t do in order to help keep the volume?
I’m still 32D even though I felt the volume has reduced but why I wear the bra, it is still the same. Aside from exercise, he said no alcohol and no massage. Anywayz, the lumps stay the same size in both of my breasts, one size is so large and getting sore. It’s cold to the touch, Dr.Bednar said to take antihistamine. So pls do your research before move forward.
Hi Luv_p hope you’re doing well and that your amazing BFT results have maintained.
Any updates??
Soon.
I'd love to hear more updates!

Day 60 Postop

I connected with Dr. Bednar through text message, showing him my two months update. He said they look fabulous. He thinks I’m retaining quite well.
I want to start my detox so I sent him the ingredients to see if it’s OK, he said it is fine, however I also told him that I want to go back to the gym and do some exercise like running treadmill, he asked that I stay under 140 heart rate because I don’t want to take away oxygen from the cell that’s developing. I can’t wait for the 3rd month end. I feel like I gain weight :(
I have been drinking some wine after my one month mark, the white and the red and also a couple hard liquor like gin and whiskey. He asked that I’m not doing that for another month.
Oh well! Here I am. Still 32D. from the first month to now. Measuring are slightly different.. Band size 29.5” Bust 35”.

What was your pre-surgery bust measurement?
I actually did not measure :( I wish I did. But I wore 34B VS push up and sometime fits in A.
Do you have any lumps or bumps?
Yes I’m about to review my 3 months post opt. Check it out
