Will be goint under in a little over 4 weeks. So nervous and excited at the same time. Wanted to share my before pictures so I can update everyone after my flatside journey. So scared of what will come after the surgery date. :0( Anyone else scared as heck going in? Also, how long before I can return to work? I took off 3 weeks I am really hoping that is enough time. Also, don't want to get my hopes too high as to what my results will look like. I am currently 185 - going to try to lose 10 before Dec 19th.

Hi! I am going in on Dec 13th and so nervous! I am 187 and have the same thoughts, I am excited but don't want to get my hopes too high.

Well. Here we go. Our journey begins. Friends that have already had a TT say I won't regret it. But there is still a lot of nervousness going on.

Just starting to look at this procedure myself. Thank you so much for sharing. I'm older and heavier than you are but apparently supposed to start losing weight which I've already had such a problem with. You're brave and I admire you and again appreciate your information so very much. God bless

I went back to work at 3wks po - I did fine - I had a lot of energy, but my body was not on the same level but still did ok! At 2 wks I thought there was no way I was going to be able to go back to work at 3 wks, but as the day got closer to return I was feeling better, and once I was at work my "work self" turned its self on. I was tired and achy at the end of the shift, but it got easier and easier. You will be able to access whether you are ready or not as the days go by po. Speedy healing thoughts headed your way!

Hi, I had a TT done on Dec. 14. I scheduled off of 3 weeks, hoping it would be enough. I return on Jan 10th. I am on my feet 90% of the time on my job. I am doing great. I know you're have more done. I was so nervous the day of surgery I had to get a breathing treatment because I was wheezing :)!

I am actually doing better than expected. I think I will become easy to return next week. Biggest issue now is what do I wear??? So swollen none of my clothes fit. lol

That is great! You are doing well! I have been wearing yoga pants and comfort clothes, haven't even thought about my work attire! :0 I have noticed since the TT, my breast look larger. I am considering a reduction as well.

Love my new boobs but they are very swollen. Dr says it will be about 3 more weeks before they feel normal. Weird thing is I can't button tops I wore before. :0(. Hopefully that won't be the case once all swelling is gone.

3 weeks away!!!!!

cdkennedy73
Well I am now exactly 3 weeks away from my TT - breast lift and lipo. I am soooo nervous. My mind is spinning trying to make sure I have everything I will need. I am a bit scared of the paid. lol Also, I only took 3 weeks off work. I am hoping that is enough to at least return to a sitting job. Anyone feel like they needed more than 3 weeks??

I am scheduled for the exact same surgeries on Jan 4. I work a desk job and have to go back in 2 weeks. I wish I had 3 weeks. I too am scared, hoping I am making the right decision. It is something I have wanted for a long time. My pre-op appt is Dec 19. I will be looking forward to hearing about your journey. We can keep each other company during recovery :)Also, I am 5'1 and 169 lbs. Hoping to lose at least another 5 lbs before surgery.
November 28, 2016
I go in on the day you go to pre-op. :0) I will definitely keep updating! What state are you in?

You have all your supplies Erin? Will yours be outpatient? Or hospital? I think I've already started nesting. Cleaning, preparing what I can and buying supplies! Lol
November 30, 2016
It is at their facility and I stay overnight. I have started slowly getting supplies but I'm still trying to figure out what I need
November 30, 2016
My Dr said they supply everything and that the only thing I may want is a recliner
November 30, 2016
Nice! Mine is outpatient. I think I have everything I need. But constantly thinking of more stuff I need.
November 30, 2016
Did they give you a list? What are you getting, maybe I might need to get a few things. I'd rather be over prepared than under

IT'S GETTING REAL!

cdkennedy73
Two weeks from today will be my journey to the flat side. I am soooo nervous. Anyone else have the jitters? Checking and double checking supplies? Thoughts of backing out? Also scared of the pain I will be in! But I keep hearing it is well worth it!
