Not sure how to correct my issue. Had Voluma done...

Not sure how to correct my issue. Had Voluma done in mid- February followed by a PicoSure Focus treatment three weeks later. I was told Focus would be an excellent choice for my skin, Asian/mix, and I wouldn't experience the hyperpigmentation issues I've had in the past with BBL and Fraxel. I was supposed to have 3 Focus procedures done, however, I stopped after one and went back to see the dermatologist. I was told my skin would improve after another $650 treatment but have lost any confidence in these treatments and the promises of the Derm provider.
I clearly have worsening of skin texture and tone. I've also noticed recessed areas at and below were the Voluma. I was told it's hydrophilic and if I'm dehydrated (I am super good about hydrating) it will show. Has the Voluma migrated lower? Post treatment, I've used hydoquinolone 4% for 2 months and then Lytera and retinA. Unfortunately, I don't have before pics.
After reading up on both Focus and Voluma, I'm wondering, is it the Voluma causing issues or is it the Focus?
