I am absolutely in love with my new self. Having this surgery was the best thing I have ever done. I have never felt sexier. I had a good friend of my husband's ask me if I've been working out more or something because, "I look great". I secretly knew it was because of my new additions, but it's not super noticeable when I'm clothed... just enough to make someone think I look better, but they can't quite place it. If you are on the fence about the surgery I would recommend biting the bullet and just doing it. You won't regret it!

I think they are perfect. I was going to go with 275cc but I went with the 300cc because the nurse said they end up being smaller. I can't wait till the time flys by to they drop.

I am the same way. Small frame and feel like a 12 year old boy without a bra and a big T-shirt on! I want to have just enough (C cup), like what you got. It is exciting to hear that you "feel empowered" now. I really want that feeling! When did you start to feel like your boobs were part of your body? I fear that they will feel alien to me and not like they are my own boobs. Yours look so natural and are the perfect size!
Thank you! I love my boobs so much now... it feels so awesome to feel that way about my body finally. It didn't take long for them to feel like a part of my body. The first week is definitely a crazy adjustment period. Within a month I felt like I had always had them. Now, they are so much a part of me. I am so happy I had the surgery... like others I just wish I had done it sooner. I think I am a good testament that you don't always have to go with a really big implant to get results. I am very active and run every day and I notice no difference in my activity level and they very much stay in place (with the help of 2 sports bras).

Your breasts look beautiful. I am also going small (34 A) and am two weeks away from surgery and trying to decide between 234s and 265s. Such a hard decision!
Good luck with your surgery! Honestly, I would go with the larger implant since you will have boob greed at some point (no matter how much you think you won't). Getting a small implant has been a huge blessing for me. My boobs look incredibly realistic for my body. It is the best thing I have ever done for myself.

I think I am truly an example that you don't need a huge implant to increase a couple cup sizes. I love the size of my breasts. They are realistic for my frame and I can be active without any interference. I am running a half marathon in 2 weeks and training has been no problem. This is the best thing I ever did for myself!

Hi! Your before breast looks exactly like mine! And my doctor recommended 265cc hp. Are yours high profile as well? Can I see updated photos?
