How it works
- Our highly-trained Review Moderation team evaluates all reviews before they're published to ensure they're written by people like you and not a member of a doctor's office.
- This multi-step process takes up to 24 hours from review submission to publication.
- Doctors can't pay to have reviews removed or hidden.

Out and about
So I'm 2.5 weeks post and am pretty much back to my regular life aside from working out. I have grocery shopped and gone for a walk. I have a 17 month old that weighs 20lbs. I do my best to not hold him but it's been very difficult and I have picked him up. My Drs office is aware. My scar is almost ready for silicone strips, just waiting for it to heal a little more in a few spots. My stomach looks amazing. I'll snap a few pics later and post them.
healing
I seem to be healing well. Abs are still a little sore from time to time. Incision gets a burning sensation as well (I remember this from my C-sections). I'm wearing 2 binders 24/7 right now. I can't wait to be able to just wear spanx. The binders add some bulk so I'm basically wearing sweatpants all the time. Swelling above the incision continues. Trying to eat well and drink lots of water. I'm going to back to work a few hours next week as I'm really ready to get out of the house. I can't stop thinking about working out. I so want to take a yoga or spin class...or even just go to the gym to walk on the treadmill.
