My overall feeling after my venting session is that my waist is small and my stomach is smaller than it was before and my BBL came out better than the first round which I didn't know til now is normal. Usually it takes two rounds to get your bbl to look like your expectations. I still do not like my hips I asked him to take them in before round 2 but they still look the same. Doesn't look bad just not what I prefer I wanted a fatter butt not a wider one. I can't fit certain clothes because of how wide my hips are that's disappointing. But like I said some ppl like that look just not for me.Hopefully after some weight loss I will be happier.
Dr lowney really does care about his patients and wants you to be happy with his work I'd just suggest you be very clear about your expectations.

First of all let me say Dr.lowney is a really nice man.He makes you feel really comfortable and hes easy to talk to. Okay now as for the surgery I got a bbl done sept 21 2017. My waist was SNATCHED BUT my butt was not a cute shape at all. My hips were bigger than my actual butt. Also my stomach was not flat and i still had back rolls.I did not have a sexy video vixen body like I wanted. Okay so I told him I didn't like how it came out he was very nice and understanding said he'd do it over in 4 MONTHS after I healed. Now fast forward to March 9 my surgery date I told him to take the big hips away and give me a nice upside down heart shape with more butt at the bottom where it's supposed to be not on the sides. Also I asked him to take the back rolls off and take the rest of the stomach off. Alright now he has a snapchat which I signed a paper saying it was OKAY for me to be filmed during the surgery as I was filmed the first round of bbl. But when I went to look at his snap later to watch him do my surgery he LIED and said I didn't want to be filmed but I would show my before and after pics. I thought that was SHADY! did he say that because he didn't want ppl to see how my first bbl came out? MIND YOU he showed my before from when I had NO bbl he DIDNT show ANY pictures of how my first BBl came out besides the very first post opp pic which is misleading. Okay now after bbl #2 my butt is a better shape than bbl #1 My stomach is still fat not flat at all after two rounds of lipo how is my stomach not flat that's insane! Still have back rolls Mind you I'm not that big I was 180 when I went in..I 've watched him turn grizzly bears into teddy bears but he couldn't make my stomach flat or get the back rolls off after two rounds of lipo!! ridiculous IDK!!
