bbl with dr.feelgood done twice paid 7900 1st round and $500 for redo

Spoke with Dr.Lowney today and he cleared up the reason why I wasn't put on snapchat this second round and he also told me why my stomach isn't completely flat ..He said he got all the fat between the skin and muscle and that the rest is underneath and I will have to lose weight to see full result which makes sense.
My overall feeling after my venting session is that my waist is small and my stomach is smaller than it was before and my BBL came out better than the first round which I didn't know til now is normal. Usually it takes two rounds to get your bbl to look like your expectations. I still do not like my hips I asked him to take them in before round 2 but they still look the same. Doesn't look bad just not what I prefer I wanted a fatter butt not a wider one. I can't fit certain clothes because of how wide my hips are that's disappointing. But like I said some ppl like that look just not for me.Hopefully after some weight loss I will be happier.
Dr lowney really does care about his patients and wants you to be happy with his work I'd just suggest you be very clear about your expectations.
