I went in to get my laugh lines removed and he insisted to inject my cheeks instead even though I had beautiful sculpted cheeks. He used radiesse and voluma. Four weeks later, I am still in pain and my face looks huge and ridiculous. My cheeks are now puffy and when I smile I look like I have golf balls in my cheeks. My eyes look sunken and there is so much puffiness under them that I look exhausted. When I went in after three weeks for follow up, instead of addressing my concerns, he told me I "look better", and basically that I dont know what I am talking about. I am embarrassed to smile or socialize as I look fake and just awful, and feel the same.

You look really good Hun skin looks fab . I would go and see another doctor maybe your jaw line and chin needs a little bit it would probably balance everything out . I’m in the same situation at the moment only I got fat transfers full face twice . I too feel like I look puffy big cheeks . I ve been to see a few doctors now they all have said chin/ jawline just to balance the look out .but if I’m honest I don’t like my chubby face look and would prefer a lift but ps says no don’t need it

thanks, My skin always looked good. I just had the laugh lines I wanted to reduce, not look like a caricature version of myself. I am not letting him ever touch me again. when I went in for consult, instead of listening to me for even ONE minute, he said I look better and literally walked me out the door.

I cant afford to go to someone else right now....he charged me $2400. I had went in thinking I'd spend under $1000 just for some Radiesse. And I will NEVER go back to him for anything.

I have been getting fillers for years. Sometimes filling in the cheek area will give a lift to the “laugh line area”. Always start with one syringe 1/2 in each cheek and see how you look the next day. Go back for more if necessary. Too much at once is hard to correct. Sorry your unhappy. My plastic surgeon taught me to start off slowly and gradually increase amount of filler. Leave it alone. It will slowly dissipate. Trust me it will go away in time. It doesn’t look terrible and you are still swollen. Hope this helps

Thanks - he Insisted on doing two syringes. I definitely do not look better - I look fake especially when I smile. It’s really upsetting to have spent 2400 to look worse. And the most frustrating is this dr telling me I don’t know what I’m talking about and to leave.
