The lipo on my flanks was one of the most painful recoveries I've been through. Finally today the swelling has started to go down. The bruising is very prominent still. It's taking a little while for me to get used to this compression vest. My chest looks very good so far. Today was my postoperative checkup. Dr. Hess said that everything looked great so far.

My surgery was yesterday and it seems to have went well. I remember waking up in a good amount of pain. The nurses were all very friendly which made the experience that much better. I am hurting a lot this morning and had trouble sleeping last night. I'm having to take the maximum amount of pain medication. I took my compression off for 5 minutes today just to get a look. There is a huge reduction in my chest size. Oh can't really tell anything from the liposuction because it's very swollen.
