In January of 2014 I had consultation with Dr. George Bitar. My sister recommended him after Dr. Bitar had done a Mommy makeover. My sister has 7 children the last 3 were triplets. After seeing her results I was so impressed and amazed with her results. I was 52 years old and in my years I have had 3 C-sections, (my scar was straight up and down and not hip to hip across my because the 1st c-section and issues with the baby an emergency was performed), a appendectomy at age 16 left me with another scar as well as scars left from a hysterectomy that had to have 44 stitches done. In March of 2009 my husband were on our way to Delaware to visit family when a 22 year old woman had been partying and had been drinking. This girl hit our SUV head-on doing what the police said was at least 65 mph. She pushed our car backwards, spun us and our SUV flipped over into a ravine. I spent the next 11 1/2 months at home with to broken feet, cervicle disk problems and had to have 6 separate surgeries done in those 11 1/2 months. I was either in a wheelchair or on crutches along those months. I broke every blood vessel from my breast all the way down to the pelvic area. I felt like my body was constantly on fire. My entire body had severe black/red bruises. During that entire time I was on bed rest. I'm a diabetic and have other medical issues as well. I could not excerise or go walking so I was gaining weight (my heaviest weight was 274 pounds. My blood sugars were in the range of at least 300-600 exvery day and it was getting worse because I was on 6 diabetic medications a day. When my doctor said let's add 2 more I just snapped to attention because all this meds gave me so many side affects including severe dry mouth and other things. I also had sleep apnea and had to have a c-pap machine at night. I desided that day to have a gastric bypass. So 5 weeks later in July of 2013 I had the procedure. I lost over a 100 pounds in 6 months. So I made an appointment with Dr. Bitar for a consultation in January of 2014 to see so I could set forth a plan to have Dr. Bitar to remove as much as much excess skin as possible and to tighten as much as possible. Dr. Bitar was absolutely so fantastic that day and we discussed when and what type of procedures could be done. He was very caring, nice, very knowledgeable and explained every option in a way I could understand it. He made me feel confident about having the surgeries done and alleviated any real concerns I had. So with said the next month on Valentine's Day I had my first procedures done which were the breast augmentation with implants, the tummy tuck and liposuction to make my body look even. The day after those procedures I went in for my post op visit. I was so shocked when I saw results already. I was swollen and had drains but I already love how I looked even then. My straight up and down scar and my appendix scars were total gone and he was able to do the incision from side to side above the pelvic area. I was so happy my husband though I was crazy because I cried all the way home in the car. He asked me why I was upset and crying and I told him I was not upset I was just overjoyed at what I had seen my body. It was overwhelming joy and happiness and amazement. 6-8 weeks after that Dr. Bitar removed excess skin from my arms and legs because of the excess skin. AGAIN AMAZED. A few months later Dr. Bitar removed excess skin from my upper and lower eyelids because they drooped so badly and made my eyes feel so turned. A few months after that i continued my journey with a neck lift, fat injections to fill out my face some because at that point I had lost near 150 pounds and my face looked to thin. The last procedure done was to take a bump off my nose and to correct my right side septum.. If you or anyone you know wants to have a plastic surgery procedure please Dr. George Bitar. He did an expert just for me and he was with me all the way from my first procedure and through all the others on my year long journey to look and feel better and have better confidence about myself and being in my own skin. I could never thank him and his great staff who were nothing but positive wonderful people and to his wife, Rima who works at Bitar Cosmetic Institute as well. They are all a big family and treat you with respect. If you would like to talk to me about my experience with Dr. Bitar or a procedure please call Dr. Bitar's office and they will give you my number to call me. My name is Janet Wahl. On a scale of 1-5 with 5 being highest I give Dr. Bitar and his wonderful fantastic staff a 5 all the way around.
