Rude, very disrespectful & I will surely take my business elsewhere

rude, very disrespectful
AMY (Manager)-RUDE, ARROGANT, TERRIBLE ATTITUDE
I have been coming to this place for about 3 years for facials. The last time I called to make an appointment I was told I had a NO-SHOW which I was totally unaware of. I asked, "are u sure"? I still managed to give them my credit card information to schedule another appointment. I went in July. Upon leaving I was asked if I would like to schedule another appointment, I said NO I will call when I'm ready. I almost feel like appointments were made without my consent so they would have a reason for me not to come back (sadly).
On August 31, 2023 I received a thank you for payment email from the Spa. I called, the front desk lady transferred me to Amy I left several voice messages (no call back). That following Friday I called, left a message no call back. Today, 9-5-2023 I called again, left a message, AMY finally called back.
She was very,very,very,very RUDE& RUFF!!!!!!!! She said, "You have more No shows and cancellations then appointments maybe you should take your business elsewhere!!!!!! I REALLLLY couldn't believe this girl was talking to me as she did!!!!!! Again I haven't had any No Shows and I may have rescheduled in a timely manner a few times. She said were not removing the fee. I politely informed her that I will handle this with my banking institution. I'm not so sure what her SASSY ATTITUDE WAS with me but I'll be sure to report this matter to BBB and GOOGLE and any other platforms that I'm able to leave a review. You CANNOT talk to people any kind of way, really in a business. I hope she get better with her communication skills and I will surely take my business elsewhere. I Thank God this isn't the only place that does facials. I believe that's what Amy thought.
