Girin Plastic Surgery Review
1.I found out about Girin through reviewing posts on google and saw multiple positive reviews. especially for foreign patients.Furthermore, I saw multiple before and after photos both on google and on the Girin website which solidified my decision to complete treatment there. Based on the reviews,the surgeons seemed experienced and skilled in the treatments I was interested in completing. In person, during the consultation, the surgeons were detailed and patiently answered all my questions. They never rushed through the consultations or appointments. They cared about ensuring that the procedures were performed with safety and with advanced techniques for optimal results. The interpretative services were always available during my consultations and appointments and i really appreciated the professionalism and the smooth communication they provided.
2.I decided to proceed with the facial contouring procedure to reduce my zygoma and mandible. I was unhappy with my prominent cheekbones and square jaw line. I wanted to have more symmetry and a smooth facial line. Additionally, I wanted a revision surgery of my double eyelid performed more than 10 years ago. After consulting with Dr. Wan for the revision of the double eyelid surgery, I decided to proceed with the surgery. The surgeon was meticulous with explaining how the surgery will be performed and the post op care. Dr. Han was the surgeon who performed my facial contouring surgery. He went over the surgery and explained the outcomes and what to expect post surgery. He followed up with me three times post surgery to ensure that there were no complications and optimal results were obtained.
3.Overall, I had a positive surgery experience at Girin Plastic Surgery. The surgeons were very skilled and knowledgeable. The supportive staff were all friendly and efficient. I was hospitalized
for two days after surgery and there was a staff member who checked in on me regularly during my stay. I was given post op care around the clock.
4.After surgery, I didn’t experience any pain or discomfort from the eyelid surgery. Most of the swelling from the facial contouring surgery was gone by day twelve. I didn’t have much pain or discomfort after the tenth day. As advised, I made sure to use warm compressions packs to reduce more of the swelling and alleviate the bruising.
5.I went into the clinic four times after the surgery for the post op care. The surgeons were available during my last visit to answer questions I had during the recovery time. The supportive staff were all very kind and worked in an efficient manner. I also had access to Whatsapp to contact staff about any questions.
