Office review: Poor Communication!!

I never received a service from The Service Station. I drove 30 minutes to come in for a skin consultation. When I got there I was told the esthetician “left to go to a doctors appointment and she wants to do the consultation virtually later on”. They are inconsiderate of other peoples time and I will not be returning.
