28 year old in need of facial surgery

Well i've had my breasts and BBL done in Mexico. I love my body. But I'm back to not liking my face. After a bad experience with poor planing and travel with the body surgery I'm planning to have the face done in a year of so maybe, locally in Vancouver. Its a somewhat complicated case becase of having had jaw surgery and a chip pin done 10 years ago. Thinking cheek implants and hammock lift , jaw lipo, possobly chin implant if thats not complicated by the rest. At this point I'm saving up money, and considering it. I had some bad reactions from the tummy tuck bbl, mostly post surgical depression from month 3-6, same with breast. It passes and I'm very happy with the results. I may discus some sort of pharmacological intervention (aka prozac or ssri's) with my family doctor, who seems familiar with this phenomena. Its been an intresting journey. I'm slowly becoming happier and happier with my apperance. I can wear a bikini now, and feel confident. I love wearing sports bras and crop tops to yoga now because I love my middle which is something I couldn't say before like ever.

Hi, what jaw surgery did you have?

I had my lower jaw broken, moved forward, two plates, 18 screws and a chin pin. From what I remember, I'm not sure what that is called. I also had a bone graft from my chin into my mouth at one point as well.

I’m still thinking of doing something with my face. I feel like it is quite flat in profile. My jawline could really use more definition. I feel like perhaps cheek implants would help my cheeks. Im scared to do anything with my chin because of scar tissue. I also never want to do anything with my jaw bones again my jaw surgery was HORRIBLE. Way way way worse than my tummy tuck/lipo/bbl recovery which itself was an adventure. My breast augmentation however was an easy surgery with a smooth recovery that wasn't that painful.

i’d recommend some chin filler. Its generally quick and easy and can create nice results
