The aestheticians are nice but it doesn't cut it for all the bad

They recommend a set of facial creams for melasma I told specifically that i can't use Hidroquinone still they push the product, when I got home I look on the ingredients of course one of the main ingredients was Hidroquinone I returned the product they ask me to take a copy of my credit card to refund me, this was in November 2022 I have call several times and they always said the same the refund will be by the end of the day somebody will call you until this day not refund last i called yesterday January 21 2023 they said they will zell me but i heard this before still not refund!!! have been made, also with their treatments u will not see notice result until u spend thousands of dollars. also you paid for a specific threament but is always a different estetician they never know what is exacly. it's never in the system notes, i also paid for my abdomen and back firming threatment package included a firming machine plus mesotherapy plus carboxy well sometimes the aesthetician said sorry is nothing on the notes for mesotherapy and didn't do it or something, i got a membership for facial with acids for my melasma well guess what never got the acids because it wasn't on the notes the facial was 30 minute's and not feel nothing special at the end i decided to cut my looses and i didn't go back always changing personal never inform about customers threaments details. The aestheticians are nice but it doesn't cut it for all the bad . DO NOT USE THIS PLACE! Save yourself a big headache and money
