I wanted to share my experience with Dr. Kwon and the team at Arc Plastic Surgery now that I am approximately 6 weeks post-op.
From my very first consultation, I felt extremely comfortable with Dr. Kwon. He took the time to explain every aspect of the procedures in great detail, including the expected results, recovery process, and potential risks. His professionalism and confidence helped me feel reassured throughout the entire journey, and I always felt that I was in capable hands.
One of the highlights of my experience was my coordinator, Silla. She was absolutely amazing from start to finish. She assisted me through every stage of the process, from the initial consultation and scheduling to post-operative care and follow-up. She consistently checked in on me, answered my questions promptly, and made sure I felt supported throughout recovery. Having that level of communication and care made a huge difference, especially during the first few weeks after surgery.
The entire Arc Plastic Surgery team was incredibly welcoming and attentive. As an international patient, I appreciated how they made me feel at home and ensured I was comfortable throughout my stay and recovery period.
Although I am still relatively early in the healing process at only 6 weeks post-op, I am already very happy with my progress. Swelling continues to improve each week, and I can see the changes becoming more refined over time. The improvement to my facial contour and jawline is already noticeable, and I am excited to see the final results as healing continues over the coming months.
Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my experience at Arc Plastic Surgery. The level of care I received from Dr. Kwon, Silla, and the rest of the staff exceeded my expectations. The results are progressing well, and I am looking forward to seeing the final outcome.
