Over the past two years since my surgery, I've experienced a number of emotional highs and lows related to the outcome. However, while I still need a few procedures that I did not request on the first surgery, I'm feeling better about my face overall. Dr. Rossi's services are an exceptional value, and I would recommend T-Change to anyone seeking FFS. However, results can vary, and each face is unique and may require additional work depending on inherent masculine features. There is not a "one-size-fits-all" approach to facial feminization, and I would suggest discussing all of your concerns to Dr. Rossi during the consultation and being open to his recommendations.

Hi! I'm still attempting to move forward, but finances remain deficient. I've consulted with several other FFS surgeons about possible revisions, and the recommended procedures will be rather costly if conducted here in the U.S. I'll try to post a full update soon if time permits. Struggling with Feelings of Dissatisfaction, Disappointment

After two years have elapsed, I'm still feeling depressed and dissatisfied with my surgery results. Currently, I'm making payments on a loan that I used to finance my previous FFS, and when the balance is finally paid, I will endeavor to procure another one. I still don't pass well enough to feel confident and continue to have negative experiences in public. Also, people such as my doctor, co-worker, and acquaintances recommend that I have more treatments in order to look female. I'm tired of living this way and wish I could ameliorate my situation sooner.

Dr. Javier does fantastic work. However, based on my experiences, the recommendations of others, and how I feel about my facial features, I recognize that I'll need additional surgeries in order to acquire a female appearance. My face is evidently more challenging to mitigate, and the FFS package that I procured from T-change was insufficient to provide the needed results. Thus, I will seek additional procedures when I am financially able. Thank you for your question.

A Two Year Anniversary Update

To furnish a more accurate rendering of my surgery outcome, I've posted the following videos that feature visual example of my pre-op challenges and post-op outcome. Hopefully, the presentation will be helpful to those who might be contemplating the procurement of FFS through T-Change in Argentina. I must emphasize that this is not my best video, lol!
