FFS with T-change in Buenos Aires

Hi, so I'm a 43 year old transgender woman who started transition very late in life. FFS was absolutely a must due to the late start and my height. My partner is also trans and had FFS with a different surgeon in the US, so I had a rough idea of what I did and didn't want. I chose T-change partly on price, but mostly because Dr. Rossi offered what I was most looking for, natural results. I had a type 3 forehead reconstruction, feminizing rhinoplasty, chin contouring and a trachea shave. I still feel like there is much swelling in my chin at two months post op, but I am very impressed with the results. As far as "passing", all I can say is wow. Not only am I gendered correctly almost all of the time (I still need hair grafts), but I'm usually addressed with "miss" as opposed to "ma'am". Amanda, the patient coordinator at T-change is well organized, punctual, and a very caring human being. She will absolutely go out of her way to take care of you. My girlfriend and I both got a little bit of travel sickness the day before my surgery. Amanda went out of her way to stop by a pharmacy to pick up a bottle of pepto for my girlfriend (neither of us speak much spanish). As far as the experience in Buenos Aires, let me just say, what an amazing city. I fell in love with it almost immediately. I'd move there in a heartbeat if I could speak Spanish. If you're considering FFS, I really think you can do no better than T-change and Dr. Rossi.
