Before and after

Pre-op and post-op FFS pictures of myself. You can clearly see the difference, even without make-up. I think the brow shave changed my face the most. The rest is very subtle. Overall I think it looks very natural.

Extra information

For people wondering what I’ve had done. I’ve had multiple things done at once. I did a jaw and chin shave. I’ve had my upper lip lifted. He smoothed out my forehead and lifted my brows. I’ve had the corners of my hairline lowered. I’ve had stomach fat transfered to my cheeks. I’ve had liposuction done around my neck area. He removed some buccal fat under my cheeks and lifted my chin. All that for around 17k.

My FFS journey as a EU transwoman

Let me start out by saying that I’m VERY pleased with my results. I’ve been thinking about FFS for ages but never had the money to go through with it. After years of struggling to collect the right amount of money I finally decided to go for it.

I wasted many months in deciding which clinic I should go to. I’m from EU so I was considering FacialTeam or 2Pass. I picked 2Pass because they were closer, they were more affordable and because they lower hair line by incision too instead of hair transplants only. I also love Jolina Mennen’s result from Youtube and some before and afters on their website/videos.

When I contacted 2Pass, they answered very quickly and always helped me with my questions. Picking a surgery date, getting a blood test and x-ray beforehand and making sure they had all my information was a piece of cake.

The consultation one day before the surgery went really well too. It reassured me that I made the right decision. Bart was very kind, calm and professional. You can tell that he takes his work seriously.

When I woke up after surgery, I was taken care of and looked after. They had a very kind trans nurse(with FFS experience at 2Pass as well) and other friendly nurses that worked 24/7 at the guest house. There were other patients too, mostly trans, some cis and it felt like a warm community all together.

Healing was TOUGH. I underestimated that part of FFS and feel like not many people write about this. I was in pain 2-3 weeks after surgery. Week 1 was the worst. It was manageble with pain killers but definitely NOT easy. I had head aches for 3 weeks. A lot of swelling and discoloration. Scar tissue that was visible in the earlier stages. Not to forget post-surgery depression. I was in shock because I couldn’t recognize myself. I cried a lot and thought: What have I done? Looked up every negative review there is and even spammed 2Pass with e-mails stating that I need revision.

After months of patience I started seeing the beautiful lady that I was meant to be. A 100% feminine face without testosterone damage from puberty. No more misgendering. No more stares. Newfound confidence. Finally everything makes sense and I‘ve begun a new chapter of my life.

I can’t thank Bart enough. He even removed some scar tissue for free, just because it was bothering me. He made sure I was happy in every step of the way.

I hope this review helps people that are considering FFS. Feel free to message me.
