Amazing FFS Results with T-Change
FFS surgery had long been a dream of mine, but had always appeared to be just out of reach. Upon receiving a quote for the recommended procedures, I took a moment to mull it over. After some thoughtful contemplation, I enthusiastically agreed and locked in my appointment for September of 2023. After arriving in Buenos Aires in late August, my first meeting with Dr. Rossi left a strong impression. Dr. Rossi's remarkable intelligence and profound surgical expertise became evident as he not only answered all my questions but also went above and beyond. His reassuring approach provided me with genuine comfort, for which I am truly grateful.
The day of the surgery proceeded seamlessly, lasting approximately seven hours due to the extensive range of procedures I underwent. These included Type III Forehead Reconstruction, Orbital Rim Reshaping, Hairline Correction, Brow Lift, Upper Blepharoplasty, Facial Lipofilling, Rhinoplasty, Upper Lip Lift, Chin Feminization, and a Trachea Shave. Upon waking, I was placed in the care of two exceptional translators, Sophia and Inês, who provided attentive support and facilitated communication with the nursing staff for my overnight stay at the hospital.
Upon returning to my Airbnb, Amanda maintained regular check-ins with me over the next several days and ensured all my transportation needs for the follow-up post-operative appointments with Dr. Rossi. Since then, my healing has progressed remarkably, and I'm already noticing outstanding results two months into my recovery. All of my friends and family have complimented my appearance, and even kind strangers have taken the time to express how beautiful they find me. With that said, I want to underscore that, at no point in this journey, did I ever feel alone. Amanda, Dr. Rossi, and the T-Change staff took excellent care of me, and I will be forever thankful to them for helping me embrace my truest and most authentic self.
