Thank You Dr. Bart and 2Pass-Team!

Dear Dr. Bart and 2Pass Team, You have changed my whole life. I love my new face. I had my consultation on 30/10/2020 in Berlin with Dr. Bart. With him I immediately felt understood and in good hands. After I received the first simulation was clear to me that I want to have this surgery as soon as possible. My planned procedures were: forehead reduction, rhinoplasty, jaw angle reduction + chin recontouring, tracheal shave and lipofilling. I was finally able to book my surgery for 3/6/2021. I stayed at the clinic for a week together with my dad. We arrived the day before on 2/6/2021. When I arrived at the clinic with my dad, we were immediately welcomed in a friendly manner by the clinic staff. We were then taken to our room and after a small snack for lunch we rested a bit. At 2 p.m., I had my appointment with Dr. Bart for my surgery. We went through all the individual planned steps again and took the before photos. Afterwards I had to go to the local hospital to get a CT scan of my Adam's apple. The 2Pass clinic works very closely with the hospital. I am more than thrilled with the Belgian healthcare system. Although I was a "foreigner" in this hospital, the visit including the scan only took about 20 minutes. Absolutely no comparison to Germany! Afterwards, I received a letter for Dr. Bart, so that he can check the results. On the day of my operation, everything went very quickly for me. I didn't even really notice how I fell asleep. I was picked up at 7:30 in the morning and was awake again around 4pm. I felt great after the surgery. I even got a water ice in the recovery room. Simply incredible! During the entire stay at the clinic, we were lovingly cared for and looked after by Petra, the permanent resident. She prepares breakfast for each patient every day, we have soup for lunch and in the evening everyone gets a full meal. During this time, I was able to get to know some great new people. I would like to thank the entire hospital staff for taking such great care of me and my dad. During the whole time I did not have any pain. The first 3 weeks I had a hard time chewing, but then it went away very quickly. My haematoma disappeared completely after 5 weeks. The swelling was completely gone after 4-5 weeks. I have full facial expression and gestures. At the beginning I had numbness only at the temples, the chin and the entire top of my head. The feeling has completely returned to my chin and temples. On the top of my head it is slowly but surely coming back. For me, this surgery was the first during my transition and it was the best decision of my life. On 3/10/2021 i have my final checkup again in Berlin with Dr. Bart and I am really looking forward to what Dr. Bart has to say about his result. xoxo Philia
