Fat Grew over Time, Looking to Remove It (Early 30s)

UPDATED FROM somekindofnature

Some hope eventually

I was able to get some noticeable improvement with microliposuction. I researched my doctor very very carefully so I wouldn't recommend going to just anyone for face lipo. Make sure you've seen someone else's before/after for a similar procedure.
I still have a couple issues. 1. There is still a small lump in the jowl area on side (I think it's from filler that a previous doctor put in for some reason - maybe I can get it dissolved). Another is on one side, I have a weird dent/ridge when I smile. My doctor says it is fixable but I have to wait for the 3 months post op mark to assess it.
Overall, my jawline is much better now. I just know when I was desperate, I needed to hear that someone found a solution and it wasn't completely hopeless. So I hope I can provide that to someone now.
I don't like sharing too much publicly these days, but please feel free to PM me with any questions.

Hi do not get dissolved please research hyalurondaiae damage just leave the lump
Thanks! I ended up not touching it, at least for now. The lump is not super noticeable and I'm going to just try to live with it.
hi what doctor did you go to for the micro lipo if you don’t mind sharing?
also did they microlipo your cheeks too?

Fat Grew over Time, Looking to Remove It (Early 30s)

I had a fat transfer to my face several years ago and my jawline ended up looking disastrously bad. I'm looking for recommendations for doctors who are open to trying to fix something like this.
The fat grew overtime and looks worse and worse and time goes on.
Top photo is ~5 years ago, bottom photo is now. (I know the angles are slightly different.) I did not gain weight. I might have some extra laxity because of aging, but the extra fat came from the graft.
(If you look at my post history, don't be fooled by my other positive fat transfer review - that procedure was an attempt to correct my facial balance after this disaster.).
Have anyone found a doctor who was willing to attempt to fix something similar? Please let me know.

I think there are many doctors who do jawline liposuction. Your issue can definitely be fixed. Good luck!
Did u do lipo? Is yours fixed?
I did lipo and it removed 90% of the fat but it couldn't do anything with internal scar tissue caused by fat injection which I had to get surgery to fix later on
Is there any chance you could share the name of your doctor please? (you can PM me). I am struggling to find a doctor with reviews because there is "fat graft removal" category on RealSelf. And I'd like to know that the doctor has done this before and had decent results. Thank you!
Oops I meant to say *there is NO fat graft removal category.
I went to fresh ps with dr Hong who promotes himself as experienced in fat graft removal, he charged me 5.6k usd and botched me further taking chunks of face out of me.

Then I went to many other countries and nobody worked with soft tissue just bone

They don’t work w soft tissues because fat is a permanent deforming filler

At the moment dr Guillermo blugerman is treating me but he’s not much into social media and I believe I may be his first patient to use accutite for it

Mind u, I could not be in better hands, I do t have saggg skin like other girls had afterye accutite or lipo and he didn’t give me deformities

He’s improving me

My fat case is bad
I had my nose and orbital area injected do temples brows etc

A mess

Ezequiel polistina was the guy who botched me
Oh Hong from fresh ps charged me double than my friend who went there, so they play with prices and botch u. Double insulting. Koreans are scammers,
The fat causes laxity unfortunately due to the weight
That's a good point.
Trust me on this one thing don't do the micro lipo or steroids to try and remove it. The best way of getting rid of it safely is through an open approach. Like getting a lower facelift/ necklift done. This will provide you with a tighter more refined jaw line as well as allow the surgeon access the fat safely and reliably.
It's overkill and she's young. I would do RF assisted with a doctor who knows what he is doing
Should add, I agree on avoiding steroids
While true Radio Frequency results in fat loss it is difficult to control and target only the fat you wish to be removed. Many people have been damaged by light based devices myself being one of them. In addition RF like other light based devices has the potential to not only destroy the fat she wants but also the fat she'd like to keep in surrounding areas and in fact may destroy too much fat causing a dent. Beyond that the other side effects from light based devices are just as unfortunate such as scarring, hypopigmentation, hyperpigmentation thinning of the skin, crepey skin, etc... The safest way is through an open approach. Regarding her being too young for a neck lift not true at all. Many women have gotten neck lifts and even face lifts in their early thirties.
I meant to refer to the newer lipolysis cannulas as opposed to handpieces that claim to tighten, as I agree these are more likely to melt natural fat than grafted. Too young - not chronologically but her skin is good and would retract after liposuction, plus no need to do under chin/neck tightening from what I can see
Why is doing micro lipo a bad idea? I was considering it. Do the results end up uneven? Yeah I'm a little scared of removing too much fat too.
Do you happen to have any doctor recommendations? Or the name of the procedure I should look for when I look for doctors?
Micro lipo is a bad idea because they cant just remove the bad fat. They will be removing the good fat too and it can cause asymmetry. Another thing is when removing fat your skin may not bounce back. It could sag further. Collagen / fat is what gives our skin the tightness of our youth. My collagen was damaged by a light based devices and fat melted. As a result I experienced some sagging. With a neck lift / lower face lift they can remove exactly the fat you want removed and tighten your jaw line at the same time so if there was potential sagging from the removal of fat then it would be negated by the neck lift / lower face lift. With regards to doctors I know of a good one in Utah but im unfamiliar with the California area. If youd like the one in Utah let me know and i'll PM you his info.
If you look at Jason Emer he is using Facetite in this region. He has a video on Youtube showing good results.
Accutite and FaceTite is safe. I am doing it since August 2019. I had a bad lipo case un korea and would avoid that.
U are right, like in her care I think a facelift with direct removal by someone who knows like Jacono (he’s over 40k tho) or accutite FaceTite.
Just wanted to update you that I ended up doing microlipo. The doctor I did it with (who trust after seeing someone else's experience with him), said I have good skin and there is a good chance it will not sag, so we should try that first. If it ends up sagging, we can re-assess in like a year and do a facelift if I feel like I need it. I'm about 2 months out now and while I wouldn't say everything is perfect, I did not get any major sagging so far thankfully. I'll see how I feel about it in a year )
Hi dear! See my review, can do with accutite safely with an experienced doctor x
Thank you! I haven't heard about accutite before, but it looks promising!
In the right hands, it is the best for fat removal. Of course fat is a permanent filler and when they remove they remove natural and injected. But u can get your old shape back if someone is skilled enough with the accutite for sure.

I did lipo in korea and I was botched again. Be careful.

And I went to someone who does face lipo all the time, also he charged me 5.600 usd and he charged my friend 3000usd

They rip me off and botched me. I didn’t have more than my friend at all to lie and say: u have more areas

Be careful
