Dr. Capek and Her Entire Staff Were Beyond my Expectations

I cannot say enough about how amazing this experience was for me. I had deep hollow bags under my eyes and have been thinking about doing something to correct it for years. I am a person who is terrified of all things medical but I booked a consult and figured I would just see what the options were. I was immediately at ease walking into the office - the atmosphere is lovely and the staff even lovelier. in my opinion bedside manner is one of the most important aspects of care whether a procedure is medically necessary or cosmetic. Dr. Capek's office staff, nurses, and anyone I came into contact with were extremely friendly, personable and geniuinely cared about my concerns. Dr. Capek was patient with all of my questions and I never once felt rushed. Ultimately I decided to go ahead with a fat graft to the orbital rims, a low risk and highly effective, lasting in-office procedure. Dr. Capek had explained exactly what the procedure entailed, listened to and acknowledged all of my concerns about the process and the recovery; therefore, the day of my procedure I was uncharacteristically not nervous. The office operating room was surprisingly pleasant and not at all intimidating. As i was being numbed, nurse Brittany rubbed my shoulders, and she and Dr. Capek continuously made sure that I was comfortable and not experiencing any pain. We all chatted the entire time which helped to put me at ease. my procedure was exactly two weeks ago, and the results are beyond my expectations. Dr. Capek is the best of the best of the best, in every way, and I am over the moon with my result.
