Disappointed and Dissatisfied

I went to Atlanta Face & Body in April 2021 seeking blepharoplasty for under-eye hollows and bags, but was steered toward a fat transfer I didn’t request. I asked for something permanent and natural — they insisted fat grafting was “better for me.” I trusted them, but ended up with worse results: uneven, dark, hollow eyes within weeks.

When I asked how they’d fix it, I was told I’d need to pay over $3k again for the same procedure. My follow-up calls went unanswered. It’s been years, and I’m still emotionally and physically affected. I’m now in therapy because of how deeply this impacted my confidence. Please be cautious.

For many patients, fat transfer is a better option as it replaces volume in key areas to rejuvenate the look of the eyes. There is typically less recovery time as well. Though it can require some maintenance over time, typically patients are thrilled with their result. We would love the opportunity to speak with any patient who has concerns about their results and provide any support they need. Please reach out to our office when possible.
