He destroyed my face , body and then him and his staff didn’t respond to my emails or phone calls

I travelled from Spain to Bogota to do the lipo sculpture that dr. hoyos is famous for. BOG MISTAKE!
He did the lipo on my body- he took out the fat even from where was not supposed to do it, then he added some on my eyes hollows and he destroyed my face.
After the operation when I saw myself in the mirror I was shocked..I looked horrible, all
My face was swallowed and with bruises , but he said to me that in 2 weeks up
To 1 month everything will come back to normal. I trusted him, left Bogota after 10 days post operation. In these 10
Days he saw me 1 time after 3 days and then he disappeared and only the nurses checked on me until the end.
Then I realized something is wrong..this is not an easy operation and the doctor supposed to see the pacients before they leave home. Anyways..getting back home was even worse. My face changed , I looked tired and swallowed all the time. And the under eyes hollows were now swellings, not hollows- an image that shocked me everyday.
At this point the doctor prescribed me 2 different treatments with 2 different type of pills the next 2 weeks, and started to respond more and more rarely to my messages. After 2 months , I went to see another doctor in Spain- who explain to me that Dr HOYOS added the fat too much on surface and that s why my face looks like
This and needs time - yeas maybe- if it will ever go away completely. In this moment , DR HOYOS and his staff stopped responding to my phone calls, messages or emails.
