Best Facial and Fat Transfer Surgeon, Ever!

Dr Donath is both Brilliant and a Gentleman. I am a 49 year Medical professional from London and i work with a lot of surgeons and doctors every day. I've had a few surgeries myself and i've seen and experienced it all, the ups and downs, the successes and one or 2 disappointments with surgeon Choice in the past. However, i am extremely impressed with Dr Donath, and it takes a lot to impress me!
I had fat transfer surgery with him at the beginning of the year. I've had this procedure before in London with one of the top European surgeons but was not overly impressed with the results as the fat did not stay. Dr Donath is a perfectionist just like me. He addressed all my concerns, all the areas where the previous fat transfer surgeon did not fill, and corrected all my contour issues. He took his time with me in an online and in person consultation, and never rushed me. He said he could do everything i asked for and was realistic in explaining any limitations. I have had fillers for many years and had some migration, swelling, water retention and post covid inflammatory response to my fillers. This made me have under eyelid swelling and puffy filler face. I decided to have all my fillers removed and was both slightly depressed and relieved at the same time to have got rid of them. I decided that i wanted to replicate the look of my fillers with my own fat and have researched the subject of fat transfer to death. I am a Biohacker, as well as a qualified healthcare professional and i know a good fat transfer result depended on 2 main things, firstly a good surgeon with good surgical technique and secondly, good aftercare to maintain as much of the transplanted fat as possible. There is very little information on this out there as fat transfer is still relatively a newer procedure in the last few years but i managed to develop a good post operative regimen to ensure my fat survival, including specific supplements, having botox a month before surgery to minimise facial movement and hence fat re-absorption etc amongst other things.. Going back to Surgeon selection, i was happy and impressed with Dr Donath's calm, reassuring bedside manner, his confidence and his surgical credentials. Also, his eye for facial anatomy and fat placement was very precise and artistic. He thought of things i had not thought of and believe me i pay attention to detail!I flew in from London to see Dr Donath, met him the day before surgery for an hour, and on the day itself, he marked up my face in incredible detail, harvested the fat from where i wanted, and placed the fat in all right places on my face. He took his time and did not rush me or rush the procedure. He even went into harvest more fat during surgery as he felt he needed a bit more, very few surgeons would do this in my experience. He used PRP with fat transfer too, which is really useful in helping the fat graft to "take".I have the look i like, moderately filled but not overdone. If like me, you've had issues with fillers, consider fat transfer instead.Find a good surgeon who does this procedure regularly. Show them your pictures of how you liked your face with fillers, or how you looked when you were younger, and ask the surgeon if they feel they are confident to try to match that look! That's exactly what i did with Dr Donath.Dr Donath is a super nice guy, He made my stay in Cincinnati a pleasurable one. He helped with transportation amongst other things, as i was from out of town. These little things made such a difference. He also provided me with his cell number and checked up on me regularly. This is unusual from surgeons. Dr Donath has absolutely no ego or arrogance and is a genuinely decent human being. I am glad i found him and will definitely recommend him to anyone considering facial fat transfer, or any facial surgery.His staff are all amazing and incredibly friendly and professional, especially Christie. She helped me all the way from my first phone call, right the way to when i came back to London. She is both amazing and charming! I give Dr Donath and his team top marks in every category!

Sure. Chinese herb called den Shen.
Arginine, and nmn. All of which increase blood flow. Then I added omega 3 to reduce inflammation after 4 weeks. Hope this helps. You can Google den Shen studies on fat retention online.

Thank you so much! I am going to get fat transfer under my eyes this summer and I want to keep as much as possible. I will try to get these supplements and start taking them before and after the process. You really look amazing, congratulations on your great result! :)
Thank you for your candor. You do look great. It was bc of your review that I reached out to Dr. Donath. He never did contact me, though. I had a HIFU treatment done up underneath my chin and on my neck. I had no idea it was going to melt all the pretty fat off my face and neck and cause nerve pain. Is the Chinese herb Den Shen from Amazon a safe one? It's been 9 weeks and the fat keeps falling off. Where did you get the supplement? I don't want to take anything harmful. I sent Dr. Donath a few photos and had to call a week later. I should have sent in the worst ones. But it definitely was worth an online consult at the very least. But he wouldn't speak with me. His assistant Penny told me I wasn't a good candidate bc possible asymmetry. That's always a possibility so I think he just didn't want to try to fix the hifu. I'm devastated but I definitely don't want a surgeon operating ony face if he doesn't want to. My life has come to a halt. Please any ideas on how to slow fat loss and recommendations on where to get a safe supplement would be greatly appreciated!
