Below Standard of Care

Below standard of care. Check out his credentials, he smooth talks you to get your business and then after your surgery doesn’t go well he doesn’t take responsibility and claims it’s your risk. He did procedures without my consent that put my health at risk. I thought he was trustworthy at first, extremely disappointing he tries to act like you’re overreacting or gives you meds to calm your nerves. I had a green face for a month and now have bags under my eyes I never had plus lines across my face and one eye has a dent from fat grafting that I asked him not to do but he convinced me that he knew how to do it plus dents on my hips from lipo, one 5” long. Also I asked him to not put fat in my cheeks and he did. As a prior model it’s quite upsetting. You need some fat on the hips for the production of estrogen and he promised to not touch my hips. I was 5’5” and 107 pounds and he should have never done lipo but I thought he had the expertise. I at first wrote him from another state about something else and he required a deposit saying it was refundable but when I got there at 5 pm he said he couldn’t do the procedure I wanted and convinced me to do a different minimal procedure just simple like filler the next morning at 8:30 am. He left me disfigured and 9 qualified specialists that are surgeons said I need a revision. Any prior surgery he does may look good at first but may not hold up. He keeps saying after months to give it more time. I went in for what I thought was a simple touch up that cost me months of my life in recovery and hiding behind dark glasses. I completely regret going to him and my intuition told me on the way to the surgery center to turn back. He should show some ethics. Don’t trust him.

I looked better before the procedure. It caused me more problems than I had before the procedure.

3 and a half month after fat grafting my dents from liposuction from Dr.Pearson are still there and irreversible. The last thing I said to him before surgery was please don’t do it if you can’t find enough fat in my back. There are also lines across my eyes and face I never had plus the fat under the eyes is like silly putty and if I smile it bunches up. I had no lines under my eyes prior to the procedure just hollowness. The one eye where he injected cortisone steroid from swelling has light white skin now and is dented in areas and puffy in others. Still hiding under dark glasses and will have to do revision after Summer. Sloppy job with horrible results.

Before the procedure was better. Big mistake.

I just had slight hollowing and was hesitant about fat grafting under the eyes and mentioned to Dr.Pearson I had a small amount of filler under the eyes before and it was lumpy a year but he guaranteed no problems. Now I have lumps, lines and squishy fat under the eyes.

It makes me so angry to see the consequences of unethical doctors performing treatments without the care, expertise, comprehension of aesthetics and then turning their backs after they get their money. Have you found someone and some way to improve this? So good of you to let others know so they don't fall into the same trap.

Hello! Yes I’m not sure I could sleep at night knowing I made such a bad judgment and felt no remorse. I’m keeping as healthy as possible physically and mentally but still in recovery 4 months later when I was told a couple weeks. My body disfiguration can’t be repaired because the fat was stripped down to the tissue/bone and on the hip near the ligament and it hurts in that area. My one eye is still weird and lumpy and dented in at the same time. The fat is still squishy and caused under eye lines I never had. I basically have old eyes now. Definitely will never be the same nor was there any improvement from the procedure. I am under an excellent Drs care and going to see a top specialist for a revision. She was booked till September but by pure luck had a cancel. Her motto is “do it right the first time so you don’t have to fix it”. Hope you are better. Thank you again for your comment and support and all the best.

I am eager to hear how your revision goes. The eyes are the window to the soul, as they say, and we naturally expect doctors to take extra care not to damage, distort or do anything that hasn't been well-depicted and discussed with the patient. I am on the look out for doctors who have the expertise for complicated revisions, so do let me know how yours go. Here's hoping you have a positive outcome!

You are quite amazing to have such empathy for others when you struggle with your own battles. Has your fat settled down a bit more? I’m scheduled to see an Ocuplastic Surgeon in Dallas in July that specializes in this, we had a FaceTime consultation and he’s booked till then. Also I had a consultation with a specialist in Connecticut who said it’s really hard to fix what’s done. She said the fat should be repositioned. It’s a mess, you rob Peter to pay Paul. I’m just trying to not look in the mirror to be honest, sad when you have expectations that something will turn out great and it ends up worse. Irony is I work in the Beauty industry. Keep me posted my dear and sending you positive vibes.
