I have gained 10 lbs since the procedure. I am sure that the transferred fat also fills up. You can see I lost some of the volume, but I have a lot left. I do feel like the first month I was also still dealing with some swelling. I like how it looks, but it also looks a little unnatural. I am happy. Subtle, but real projection.

Better Selfies for Sure
I want a facelift, but i am scared so I opted for facial fat transfer and I chose Dr. based on his before and after pictures. He was honest and set my expectations very well. I love the results. It’s subtle, but I feel more confident! It’s a 3D effect!

Thank you for posting your photos. You are beautiful in both shots! Did the Dr give you an expectation of how much of the fat would remain and for how long? I had fat transfer a few years ago and it didn't last long but I understand the technique is always being improved. Thanks again!
He said he couldn’t guarantee how much fat would stay but whatever stays you keep a lifetime. The part that’s not clear is how long after do you know what you’re keeping lol … some docs say 10 days some say a year. He told me 6 months. I am still full. I’ll post my 6 months
