Facial fat graft + chin implant to restore lost volume

Facial fat graft + chin implant

I am 37 and noticed some volume loss in my face. Not to the extent where I would need a face lift.. and since I hate the pillow face most people end up with following years of facial fillers I opted to something more natural to restore lost volume and to fix some minor asymmetry I have in my face . I also wanted a more contoured chin so opted for a chin implant.

Im 2 weeks post-op. I can say 98% of the swelling and bruising has subsided now. I’m seeing results that I like though my under eye area could’ve had a bit more fat! I’m in love with my new chin and side profile, it has brought so much harmony and balance to my face. It’s still too early to comment on the fat graft as I don’t know how much of it will survive but even if 100% of the fat I have right now survives then I can say that the result is very subtle and absolutely what I was after. I’m loving it now.. I just hope that this result is what I will continue with for ever.
